Also signed us up for a bunch of shit we didn't even want - like device insurance! Been having trouble changing the plan with Verizon. We were supposed to get 4 gigs of 4G for $50, then unlimited 3G. Instead, Verizon has charged us over $150 for our first month. If we can't fix it ourselves, we'll definitely be hiring a lawyer! Do NOT go to Russell Cellular.

They had my phone 3 separate times for over an hour and half. I even had the phone diagnosed at the apple store. Since the owner won't give me my money back this is my pay back I suppose. I couldn't have imagined getting an Iphone fixed could be anything NEARLY this difficult.
