I wanted to buy my girlfriend a remote starter for Christmas so she can have a warm car before getting into it. She was always telling me how much she hates the cold and going outside to warm up the car. I called her to tell her what I wanted to do and she said yes. So I called and spoke with Laurie to get information on prices and options. Laurie was very nice, easy to talk to and knows the product and installation very well. She was also very patient with me because I needed to get more information from my girlfriend that she needed to get me the right module. I had to call back twice and Laurie was right there waiting for me! The most important feature of their store was the ability to take a credit card over the phone because I am in Orange County, CA. Laurie said they do gift cards and I would get an email with an invoice number that I can email to my girlfriend. She could then schedule a time that works for her. As I was talking to Laurie making the payment and giving her my info, my GF called back, but I was on the phone with Laurie. I called my GF back and she told me that she changed her mind and didn't want it because she would have to wait for them to install it. I was trying to wrap my head around her thought process, but just couldn't. Oh well. It's her loss... I called Laurie back to tell her the bad news and apologize. Laurie understood my frustration and cancelled my order. She also gave me another option and that was to hold onto it until I can be there with my GF to do it. I said "no" and again, she was understanding and proceeded to refund my money. So because of the levee of satisfaction I have from Laurie, I highly recommend RSounds & Security to everyone! If the customer service is good, I know without a doubt that their quality of products and installation will be the same! They had such an array of rocks, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, towers, etc. We found Yooperlites & Lightening stones. If you're on your way up to rock hunt they even have UV flashlights to use Yooperlite hunting. The best part though was the owner & his mom. They were soooo welcoming and kind. If you local artists & rocks it's a place you could easily spend a couple hours in. We were headed to Cops & Donuts to pee & grab some donuts when we stumbled on this gem. It's a very easy off & on from 127. I'd definitely make it an actual stop on our agenda next time!
