Technically, I am not even a customer of Minuteman - yesterday, 10 minutes before they closed the door, I walked in with a last minute small request of printing a few pages for my interview, and he took it. Today morning, I walked in with another mini job and was accepted again. Both prints were perfect, and the owner refused my payment. I know Minuteman normally does large scale printing so I was already grateful they were able to help me print a few pages and remembered my voice over the phone. I was frustrated about an event, but the business owner's kindness soothed me and I wish I could've done more to help the business. I hope everyone continues to support Minuteman on 6th avenue. P.s. Overall, their service and production in quality is exceptional for the rates which are mid-range in my opinion. The service could be a little better and they seem quite busy and occasionally miss some of the details of what I asked for such as a proof for each design. As a customer I need to make sure to be clear about what I'm asking for but I must say the onus is on the printing company when someone asks for a proof and nothing is done about it.
