Customized Canada T-Shirt? Yes, please!…read more My friend and I decided to take a trip up to the Great White North and wanted to buy matching t-shirts to commemorate the rare occasion. Well, sadly, most of the Canada t-shirts were BUTT UGLY. We're talking like beavers on logs, maple leafs with the words "OH CANADA" in horrible fonts, mountains with snow, skiiers, moose....all those typical Canada things. We wanted to find one SO ugly it'd be funny and ironic, but we weren't sure other people would really get it besides us and we'd end up just being embarassed wearing it in public. So, we were walking down the street and saw this place were you could make your own t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, etc. We decided rather than spending $40 on a t-shirt with a moose on it, we'd just design our own! They use American Apparel clothing (ironically), which is fairly priced and of decent quality. We chose what design we wanted the sweatshirts (we opted for hoodies over t-shirts as it was literally freezing there) and they said they would both be done in about 40 minutes. We went down the street to grab some food, came back and voila - we had our own customized Canada hoodies sans beavers and moose (but you know we totally HAD to incorporate a maple leaf somehow)! SCORE!

I dont understand the gimmick with this company. They sell american apparel blank shirts with one…read morecolor prints on printer stock transfer paper and call it a "custom t shirt?" Not only is there selection only limited by their imagination and, more importantly, which picture people will pay $15 transfer price for, but in my experiences with them their transfers fade really quickly. The quality is the exact same as iron on transfer paper! The rest of their merchandise is tacky jackets, poorly made converse knock offs, and overpriced dollar store sun glasses and toys, all of which you can expect a 500% knock up. But hey, thats why they sell to teenagers! theyre edgy and dont really care when they arent spending their own money! So dont spend yours here!

This place sells custom frames and mugs, but they also do phone repairs…read more I needed a repair for my phone that a certain (fruit) store upstairs refused to do, so I stumbled across this booth while trying to explore alternatives. The guy (Marshall) was quite clear explaining everything. Quite the eager salesman. He whisked my phone off to the repair guy. The repair took a lot longer than the promised 1h Guess they'll say anything to get the sale first. Something to keep in mind. The repairs are actually outsourced to another booth (Mobilinq) which is maybe 50m away, outside the Walmart. See my review for that place as well. See my review of Mobilinq for repair details. I would give a higher review except they broke part of my phone (unrelated part) during the repair. I had to shell out more money to get that part replaced. I understand that accidents happen, but it's a hard pill to swallow when they charge full price for something THEY broke. The good news is the repairs have all held up. They use factory parts (I'm guessing these are the parts that fail QC at the factory), as evidenced by the (sometimes covered up) logo on the parts which I saw them install. So the parts won't be 100% as good as the official repair, but 98% is good enough to be honest, especially for the price. Most importantly, I was able to get my phone working again when the fruit store told me that I was looking at a unit replacement.
