I have used this concept for other events but never used this company. I was referred by friend/colleague. I was informed to bring the mirror in to the location and they would do it for me. I arrived at 3:15 pm Wednesday, August 23rd. I was told it would take a couple hours to complete. I agreed and said I would be back before they closed. When I arrived at 5:15 pm there was nothing done. I was told I would get it Thursday morning. That was not acceptable since the wedding was that day. Then I was verbally attacked by the two young people that work there. I took my item and left empty handed after wasting 3 hours of my time. I called and left a message for management. No response back. It lets me know my business did not matter and the behavior is considered part of doing business with Speedpro.

Later, I asked for copies of the Illustrator and vector files and they refused to turn them over stating "we do not do that" and "they are professional files." It was really disappointing because I am very technical and I sometimes like making my own edits and design tweaks. I felt like they were forcing me to use them to do the edits (so I would need to pay them) and all the printing. I mean why can't I have the files. I paid them to make them and what are they really going to do with my files. I think the counter argument is they are artists and they own the rights. I call BS because this is not art, it is a business owner paying for a service and a product. I will not hire these guys again because I do not feel this is an honest approach to business. No one told me I could not have the files when I hired them either. Perhaps this is a difference of opinion but I will let my wallet speak by hiring another someone else for future projects.
