I called Hoopty do last minute to see if I could have 2 shirts made by their iron press. I understood it was last minute and asked if they could be done today, man on the phone wasn't super friendly and said "you can drop them off now and pick them up by 7 but if you think you're going to sit and wait for them that's not gonna happen"... despite him not being friendly I said that was fine and I'd be there in 15 minutes. (I was not going to complain since I was already calling last minute). I get there in 15 minutes with my shirts, walk in, told the woman at the front that I just spoke to a gentle man about these shirts and he said I could get them done today, politely explained to her that I tried myself and messed up and I needed them for my kids for tomorrow. she said "well I can't promise they will be done today I'm swamped"... I said okay I will have to go elsewhere because I needed them THANKED HER and left. The man then CALLED MY FIANCES PHONE BACK from our earlier call and said "I NEVER TOLD YOUR FIANCÉ SHE COULD BRING IN THE SHIRTS AND THEY WOULD BE DONE AT THAT MOMENT" (with an extremely nasty attitude) my fiancé was standing with me while I was in the shop and he explained to him I never walked into the shop and mentioned I needed them done at that moment. He told the man that I never demanded the shirts be then and told him what the woman said. He said bring the shirts back I told you they'd be done by 7 tonight. I was not going to leave a review or even complain because I am last minute and I understand businesses get busy but after this man had the nerve to call us back with an attitude and say what he said is UNACCEPTABLE! I have had work done from them before and I actually referred them to others many times but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! They've lost all my business!! read more

If you are familiar with the farmers market and remember a auto parts/ sign shot with a blue ford truck that functions as their counter then you are familiar with them. As Soon as i walked in i Found freindly service and great expertise on my project. I ordered a banner in the morning and i had it done by the afternoon! I am very disappointed in this establishment. My first initial contact with them was very unpleasant. I asked the woman at the counter a simple question getting my moving done and she looked at me like I wasn't talking English to her. I just felt that they were not even engaged on winning my business. Even after the unpleasant experience, I still wanted to give them a shot to get my business and I contacted the owner of the company. He told me he needed the sizes of my box for pricing. I had the dealership provide with me with detailed sizing information along with pictures for him to look at so I can receive my estimate. I sent the estimate and I waited for 3 days and no response. I called up there and told the owner that I sent a email with all the information needed to provide me with a quote. He told me that he would get the email and send me a quote. That was 2 weeks ago. Shame on you Hoopty Do for providing me with such crappy service. I will never recommend or do business with this place. Beware! read more
