I…read moreunderstood it was last minute and asked if they could be done today, man on the phone wasn't super friendly and said "you can drop them off now and pick them up by 7 but if you think you're going to sit and wait for them that's not gonna happen"... despite him not being friendly I said that was fine and I'd be there in 15 minutes. (I was not going to complain since I was already calling last minute). I get there in 15 minutes with my shirts, walk in, told the woman at the front that I just spoke to a gentle man about these shirts and he said I could get them done today, politely explained to her that I tried myself and messed up and I needed them for my kids for tomorrow. she said "well I can't promise they will be done today I'm swamped"... I said okay I will have to go elsewhere because I needed them THANKED HER and left. The man then CALLED MY FIANCES PHONE BACK from our earlier call and said "I NEVER TOLD YOUR FIANCÉ SHE COULD BRING IN THE SHIRTS AND THEY WOULD BE DONE AT THAT MOMENT" (with an extremely nasty attitude) my fiancé was standing with me while I was in the shop and he explained to him I never walked into the shop and mentioned I needed them done at that moment. He told the man that I never demanded the shirts be then and told him what the woman said. He said bring the shirts back I told you they'd be done by 7 tonight. I was not going to leave a review or even complain because I am last minute and I understand businesses get busy but after this man had the nerve to call us back with an attitude and say what he said is UNACCEPTABLE! I have had work done from them before and I actually referred them to others many times but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! They've lost all my business!!

Had a wonderful experience at this store today. My child decided to sell some books without even…read moreasking me. Collected payment and received a shipping label and didn't even tell me for days. The problem was we don't have a computer or printer so I had no way to print the label (we're on iPads here and who really prints things anymore??). So we were going to have to print at the library, which was never open when I was not working. Finally just decided to pay postage again myself because my child was getting heat for not yet sending the package. Went to post office and they had no tape. On my way to the store to get some, drove past the mailbox store and decided to go in. They took my books, provided the priority box, taped it up themselves and printed my label and gave it to the post man while I was waiting. All for the price of the priority postage I already paid. To top it off they were so nice. Please use this business for your shopping needs! You won't regret it with the service they give & you'll be keeping a small business going.
