They suggested for the price it would cost to make it perfect, given the year of the board (2017), I'd be better off getting a new board and pocketing the difference. I appreciated how up front they were and headed their advice! I'll be running the board through it's final paces this season and getting a new one come spring. They bought my first board from them in 2001, and have continued to buy anything I can from them because of the customer service and care for their community. Bill and his staff have always been so helpful in guiding me in my purchases to ensure I get the best equipment for my needs. I am working with Bill right now to purchase a new board from them even though I live in Scottsdale, AZ now. He's been great steering me away from companies that aren't producing great stuff anymore, and introducing me to better options that I will enjoy more. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman who had the manager call me to troubleshoot. Luke was amazing. He went above and beyond what I expected to ship me a bike to where I am in California. I only wish I wasn't across the country so I could go in person to thank him for everything he did to get me this bike.
