They did not reduce anything with my tax situation. In fact, they made it worse. They ended up making agreements with the IRS and state and said any negotiations would be made after that was set up. They did no negotiations in fact closed my case as soon as the agreements were made and my high bill was paid. Now that the payments are set up, I cannot negotiate anything with the IRS because I have basically said through Instant Tax Solutions that I agree that I owe this money. I'm not really sure where to start with this. My family and I ran into a difficult time in our life and we did t file taxes for some amount of years. Life just got away from us being a little later in life and choosing to raise some little ones. I had heard some commercials on the radio for tax relief and all that kinda stuff. I would not even give them 1 star. Horrible Tax solution. Don't even attempt this place to assist you in resolving your tax debt. We paid over $5000 to basically redo our taxes and not make a resolution with the Federal and pay over $15,000 in our state taxes. They not only didn't save us anything in these taxes but also harassed us all the time and tried to tell us that we need to quit self employment. They would also threaten us often that they would quit working with us if we didn't turn in a document, which is fine but seems funny that they didn't start threatening us until after we paid this full $5000 payment to them. Now, it is 3 years later after we started working with them and they no longer will assist us and received letters that the taxes they completed for us are incorrect. HORRIBLE TAX SOLUTION!! My experience with Instant Tax Solutions was very unfavorable. I told them UPFRONT I was in a financial bind and would need to pay their fees over time. I paid $750 in payments and provided them with all of the financial information they requested. I even filed my 2019 tax return early so they could try and compromise any potential tax liability I owed for 2019. Thankfully, I had very little tax liability for 2019 and was able to pay it off. I tried to get straight answers about my options and only heard time and time again that I needed to pay off their exorbitant fee. I received daily emails from the Company about having to close my case because I had not paid my contract in full. I experienced more frustration, anxiety and harassment trying to deal with them than I ever experienced with the IRS. I would never recommend this Company. They are quick to sign you up but will not give you an honest answer to your questions until they have all of the money upfront. I was on an installment contract to pay their fee and was never behind on monthly payments. I requested that they refund my money and they refused to do so because they claim they had worked on my file for 6 months.
