When I've run into difficulties within the limitations of State Farm's policies (corporate issue, no fault of the local agents) Ray has been helpful in helping me look for other solutions. My father was an auto body shop owner for 25 years and he always preferred state farm due to their promptness of service and reliability for both his business and his customers (nobody wants to wait weeks or even months for insurance to pony up cash when an accident happens); same can't be said for cut-rate insurance providers.
