Reading statements with zero conviction and stumbled over his own words. Did not actually know what a IEP even was. Stopped responding to my text messages. We trusted him and his advice and it was the worst thing we could have ever done and now my 1st time offender son sits in jail with more jail time than others who have done far worse AND we are out a big chunk of money. Zero gonads and speaks to the judge like he is about to bear his testimony instead of defending his client. It is doubtful that he has ever been to trial for these types of cases, though he claims to represent this type of law. I could not be more disappointed with his service. Super nice guy and would make a wonderful Grandfather or someone to play golf with but don't hire him as your attorney and let him take your hard earned money. My in-laws (both elderly and disabled, and one is a Vietnam Veteran) were scammed by this guy over…read morethe phone. He coerced them into giving him payments over the phone using their debit card, telling them that he would handle their bankruptcy. They got ripped off well over $1000.00, and they never got anything from him but a request for a "DSO signature page". He should be disbarred!!! Oh, and he has a buddy (who uses an alias) with a separate business that lets him use his phone number, (both phone numbers have been disconnected). This guy is SO slimy, he's in just about every advertising page there is, and I've found several different addresses that are listed for him. Reverse searches on his phone numbers bring up lots of weird stuff too. Believe me, I'm not even close to being done digging up dirt on this piece of s#it.
