They do not want to commit to what was offered, but they would like to offer me a 90 dollar refund. Now where they do that at? I'm a military veteran and this is ridiculous. I don't know about you, but, I work hard for my money I didn't serve in the Army Cavalary as a female to get spit on. All documents retained......DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNLESS YOU WANT UNPROFESSIONALISM PERIOD. They claim they can no longer change what has been done. Also, they chare 125 extra for direct deposit which goes to their pocket, they don't tell you this. They only told me because they wanted to make me feel like they were also suffering as they were out that amount plus the 120 they had charged me upfront when they processed my taxes they had to "discount" for the mistakes they made.
