I have gotten all of my piercings done with sterling silver and I've never once had a problem, but she was insisting that we spend almost $100 on a pair of starter earrings. Obviously we declined and showed her the ones we wanted and she was very rude from that point on. I tried to show her the placement for the earrings since I personally have 8 piercings, and I knew where he told me he wanted them, she snapped at me and told me that it was fine where they were. The piercings came out nice but I am highly disappointed by the unprofessional employee. (I had called about 3 hours before hand with some questions and the answers I received (from the same woman who pierced my boyfriend) were "yes 7pm. No. Ok." and then she hung up as I was saying have a good day) HIGHLY rude and unprofessional. I've never had an issue at Piercing Pagoda like this one. The employees are usually very kind to me and treat me with the same respect I give them. Needless to say if one of the piercers are rude, walk away and don't give them your business!! Buddha Joe is the owner and "master artist - and I will say therapist type healer." He made a custom tat that incorporates the ways in which my dogs have saved my life. My responsibility to care for them. Especially my Bella (IVDD survivor and diaper-wearer). I as originally thinking that I wanted a circle around the semicolon. Joe looked at me and said, "it's a border - get rid of it." In the nicest coolest way possible. He told me to let him see what I couldn't in terms of incorporating a paw with the semicolon. He took me over to the computer and we selected images. He decided it would be incredibly powerful (for me) to have the last toe of the paw be part of the semicolon. I felt understood, heard and seen for who I am and aspire to be. I was able to see his other creations and - wow - is he talented.
