I received email notification weeks ago it's time to schedule my child for school portraits. Once we arrived we checked in the book and we were greeted immediately. We informed the staff my child is special needs with ADD and ADHD. They were able to accommodate and give him step by step instructions during the 15 minute photo session which we appreciated as a family. We paid online in advance for the scheduled session and at the session is when you actually purchase the photo packages range from A to C. The photo packages value prices are very reasonable for the area. We bought our own tie and suit jacket for the session. They offer a wide selection of poses and pictures for you to choose from. Overall the session was very enjoyable and fast especially when you have a child photo session. We strongly recommend you check out or schedule your next photo session for family, school, business or etc.

During the shoot, he commented multiple times about my son's height, joked that his younger siblings didn't have to "look very far up" to look up to him, laughed when my son talked about his future goals in sports, called him a "hot mess" after hearing he plays multiple soccer positions, and even asked if he wanted a Class of 2028 sign "just in case." Whether these comments were meant as jokes or not, they came across as belittling and unprofessional. Senior pictures are meant to celebrate a student's accomplishments and build their confidence, not make them feel like the punchline of repeated jokes. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch. My son handled it with grace, but no student should have to endure that during such an important milestone. I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism and kindness so future seniors have the positive experience they deserve.

They do accept walk ins. I learned when there. The shorter gentlemen handling everything is very nice and helpful. Thank you to that gentleman that was handling the front and printing. I may have given you an attitude because I was frustrated with the photographer. Sorry. The only thing I did not like is, it felt as if the photographer is like you only paid for this much so I don't have to try any harder. He took only a couple shots and moves quick on to the next. It doesn't seem like he cares to get a good photo, which can be hard when you're photographing KIDS!!!!! When I asked for another shot because I didn't like the children's faces, he made me feel as if it was a burden. He doesn't seem kid friendly. I actually ended up buying more sheets, not because I loved the photos, but because as any parent knows. It's extremely hard to get your children dressed neatly and even a semi-decent photo. The photographer could've given us a little more effort. He gives you less than 5 minutes of actually photographing your child. This place is ok, if you're looking to get in and out in less than 10 minutes. If you're looking for a photographer that wants to produce great photos, this isn't the place. My children were extremely polite and well behave. The little one was nervous so he couldn't get his smile right. The photographer just went click click click.. bye. Of course his smile is not going to come off right if he's a little nervous. After spending over $100 I wish the photographer would've put more effort. Derek knew exactly the interpretation I was going for.Derek took the time to review some of the important things I wanted captured in the photos. 1 star -- Loyal customers, deeply let down…read more We've used Pamela Lee Photography for 3-4 years of Christmas photos, spent over $1,000, and referred clients to her. So when we booked her for our newborn session, we trusted her completely. It was a disaster. The setup wasn't ready, the staging wasn't safe or appropriate for a newborn, and at one point our baby was placed in a position that felt genuinely unsafe. Backdrops looked unprofessional. Photos came back blurry. One usable family shot out of a $725 session. We told her we were unhappy. She volunteered to reshoot at our home -- then on the day, sprang a surprise $425 charge and a time limit that had never been mentioned. Telling detail: she never asked for our address. We hadn't requested a home shoot; she offered it. Years of loyalty, one of the most important shoots of our lives, and this is how it ended. We won't be back.
