We are a blended family so to have all our children present, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to take our first family photo together. Kayla, our photographer, came out to us on an early Friday morning. She was the most sweetest, yet extremely professional photographer! She was super creative with her shots considering we only had our front porch to deal with. We were so pleased with how all the photos came out, it was so difficult to choose which photo to have printed to hang on our wall. Months later, we called on them again for my daughter's 5th grade graduation photos and once again, Kayla came out. This time, we were able to utilize a few more locations for the shoot. I don't know where to start with this lady, we took our son to her for school pictures and we got…read moremixed up with the times she would be there because we go two different email with two different times. We showed up there while she was packing up and she had her two children hold up the background so she could take a picture because we told her it was our fault for being late and we wouldn't ask her to set up again. We paid the full amount for the package (no discount was asked for or given). The pictures should have taken two weeks for the photos which is what we were told, well a month later we got ahold of her and asked when the photos would be ready and she told us oh there already done, I emailed you but I think the email got sent back. Funny thing is the email that was written on the photo packet was correct so her just being the lazy business practitioner she is did not feel like taking the time to resend the email to the correct address. When we finally received the prints they were crooked, uncut, and my son only took up the bottom half of the photo the top half of the entire photo was all background. My wife emailed her and told her she was disappointed in the photos and service and it turned into a huge ordeal. This lady said she has never felt so attacked, she would not let me talk kept cutting me off and frankly was just a terrible person. We asked for just the digital image so we could crop it ourself, she said she wanted his photos back which cost 34 and we would have to pay 30 for an unedited digital image. Not only did she say that she attacked my sons costume and said that was the reason that his image was not good (he was wearing a hon solo costume) we never said the lighting or background was bad just the cropping, yet she still had the nerve to attack my son. This was a hack job photo session that we paid for and I will never ever go through her again or recommend her, we have also talked to the school and they agree that they will not use her services again. Maybe she has just gotten grumpy since her last good review 4 years ago.
