I was skeptical because he didn't go very deep inside the attic when he first visited, but he saw enough to know what needed to be done; definitely comes from experience. His recommendations were so different from the other bidders, that I needed to do research and ask other experts in the field to confirm his recommendations. His recommendations were on point with the science of attic ventilation. The other bidders usually saw 1 of the 3 things he observed. I do not have to run the hvac equipment as often and the amount of dust in the air is a fraction of what it was (foam seals off air movement).
