We used them for several policies over a period of maybe 15 years, and had no problems under the original ownership of Larry Lankford, we were satisfied. But the last several years after being taken over by Mike Hammer has been one headache after, repeated calls and follow ups for any single adjustment made (2 policies). We just pulled our policies out from under here after much frustration, and then received yet another letter saying a change couldn't be made to the actual policy cancellation due to the agent not signing. I did the footwork personally to get out from under this as he acted like he didn't know if we could cancel our flood insurance after a payoff and receive a refund. When I messaged yet again with the form needing signed along with the letter from The Hartford, he was very rude. DO NOT use this agency unless you want to deal with poor service.
