Honestly terrible. Wanted to add another car to my insurance. Called twice. The first time they took my info, and said "we'll pass you on to one of our insurance reps". Had me on hold for 5-10 minutes and then someone picked up the phone and hung up. Called again. Had to give all my info again. He said "ok let me put this in" and then disappeared off the line. Terrible service. I don't recommend them. They offered me a price for the policy and two days later they called me to increase it by 10% because they had made a mistake. They also offered to cancel the insurance policy that I had in force at that time. For two weeks I have made multiple calls and sent emails and I have not received a response. Now my insurance can't get a hold of him, he won't pay my deductible, he won't return none of my calls or emails. I wanted to add an additional vehicle to my current vehicle coverage and after dozens of calls and messages over several days I never heard back. I went directly to the provider and they helped me out. But it's ridiculous that that's what you have to do. Non-responsive customer service, either by phone or online chat. Had to call the actual insurance company directly for action. This created unneeded stress. Insurance Nation as agent is supposed to handle all changes to policies, not the actual insurance company. So if Insurance Nation cannot earn its commissions by giving good customer service, I will have my policies transferred to another local agency with a good reputation. I just want to express that this is the first review i have ever written for any company. This is the WORST insurance company i have ever dealt with. First of all they did not SWITCH my insurances but rather just added it and never cancelled my old insurance, which left us to pay 2 insurances for 2 months until we were able to get our refund. They never once sent us a bill of when the payments would be taken out, Did not even notify me when they cancelled my insurance and they do not answer their phones. I tried Friday and stayed on the phone for over 20 minutes before deciding to leave a message. Half the day went by and still no response, so i call again (another 20 minutes and no answer). So me, being as forgiving as i am, thought 'well maybe they're really busy and i can try Monday' or 'Maybe my agent is out this Friday'. Anyways, I try to call today (Monday) and still no answer. I try one more time and stay on the phone for 20+ minutes to get HUNG UP ON! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? Now i have no insurance and no help on top of it. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. HORRIBLE! In response to the comment below: We have not received any text messages or calls. My husband barely knows how to use his phone so i'm sure he has not checked his email. Even if, there should still be something sent to the home address ESPECIALLY if you are cancelling insurance. Very unprofessional way to conduct business in my opinion. My son and I sat in his office as he wrote the policy...little did we know he EXCLUDED my son from the policy to bait and switch us -he outright lied, told us to insure this way and could have caused my family irreversible damage...knowing FULL well that my son would be occasionally driving -I only found out because of a potential claim that was promptly denied. Thank GOD I found out or I could have been ruined financially! When I called I was treated horrifically and disrespectfully-told "I should have known".
