I send photos to my policy's contact, and despite the damages, they estimate it at $1400, which is entirely insufficient. The repair shop confirms extensive damage but won't take my car without an accurate estimate. After persistent calls, they reluctantly authorize using a "used" door and fixing the bumper, refusing to update the estimate despite the shop's recommendation for a new one, displaying rude behavior. Surprised with the efficiency! I recently made the switch from Progressive to GEICO. GEICO had mailed me some papers, among them that I needed to take my car in for an inspection. Fine, no problem. In the list they sent me, this location was one of many that I could have my car inspected. Best of all, I could get my car inspected without an appointment. Funny thing, though - with all their info about this location, I had to call for their hours. Apparently, they are open every day except Sunday. Weekday hours are 9 AM to 5:30 PM, while Saturday hours are 9:30 PM to 1 PM. Saturday was thus a no brainier for me. Anyway, I parked and went inside, where I was attended immediately by a woman named Jennifer. She was nice and polite while getting the job done. It took tops 5-10 minutes. I definitely would recommend this location if you need an inspection done. read more

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Someone they insure ran a stop sign and totalled my car. She got the ticket. They are the reason people lawyer up, they are the worst. I tried not to sue, but they have been so ridiculous and offered me nothing for my car/randomly told me they werent paying for my rental anymore (mind you, they didn't tell me when). I was a loyal Progressive customer but after increasing rates, I decided to give this office a call to see if they could help and BOY DID THEY DO IT! Their customer service is outstanding. Ray's enthusiasm over the phone and willingness to help was so refreshing. He was extremely patient and happy to explain each and every option. It felt as though I was talking to a consultant rather than a salesperson just trying to sign me up for as much as possible. I am a first time Geico(er) lol and after being with other insurance companies for many years and I am very pleased with the way I was treated. To begin with, they really did help me understand my coverage and the benefits of switching over. Little did i know that I did not have certain features on my policy that I assumed I had. PLEASE always ask your agent what they're selling you. I had my wife's policy without roadside (thinking I did have it) and I have two children! Well, I left my previous agency in a heart beat because I always had all those features and the last time I renewed, they did not include it on there. Yulaykis (Yuly) Sobalvarro was the agent who helped me and was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. She was able to get me more coverage and saved me basically a month's worth of coverage. This led to me telling my whole staff at work, and 2 more policies were drafted and binded with her and she was able to save them lots of money as well. She deserves it! When I needed to take my car for inspection, I got there first thing in the morning and they took car of me in less than 2 minutes. Location is very convenient for me as I live in the area. I have never gone through something so aggravating. I had so much problems with these reps on the first week. How is it that when I schedule my payment for June but get charged twice ($315) this past Wednesday and today Saturday **IN MAY! Which is clearly not June!**. Both which over drafted my account and caused me to be stranded far from home with no money for gas or food to get back home. I spoke with multiple reps and they all so called "fixed and refunded my money" and still charged me again as soon as they refunded my money.... Rediculous I haven't even been using geico for more than a month and they are giving me more problems than what I already have. And that's not even the biggest issue I have with geico. My recommendation Cancel and switch to another insurance agency. Turns out instead of having to pay $315 per month with geico I pay less with a different agency that will give me the exact same coverage. Never again will I go back to geico! read more

I had geico auto insurance for 3 years. I had a really bad driving record and my monthly payments were twice as much as my actual car payment however for 3 years I still paid it. I never looked into seeing if my payments would be lower eventually as the years went by. It wasn't until I was purchasing my 1st car and returning in my lease that I shopped around and found cheaper insurance with the same coverage I had been paying for the last 3 years with geico. Never once had anyone from there contact me to go over and look into seeing if maybe since time and on time payments had reduce my monthly payment. this isn't something that is don't automatically?
