I handed her all my declaration pages from last year's policies and told her what had changed. There were only few price increases, everything else was the same. She asked what price I was quoted this year. I told her I would rather she do her quote and I will make a decision without giving up that information. A few minutes later in the conversation she asked again what the price was and I said "a lot more than I paid last year". She said "you're not going to tell me are you?" I said no. She looked irritated. It's not fair to barely beat another competitor to get the business which I've experienced before. I wanted the honest quote which should have been easy enough to do with everything I left her. I waited for her to respond a couple weeks and never heard back. I ended up with another carrier and feel very comfortable with them. It all worked out for the best.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend reading other customer reviews and, if you believe your situation warrants it, speaking with a lawyer before doing business with this company. I found them to be untrustworthy, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, canceling my policy has been a nightmare. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
