His answer: I don't know that's what the computer told me. (?!).. what happened to Agent(s) working for best rate and policy for Client? Answer was upsurd and when I indicated as much.. nothing changed. To just plug in numbers? Insurance is already over the top expensive but to simply "type in" and so no searching for better rate or to answer client? I still got insurance from Agent because I don't know if this is now it operates but if that's all it takes seems anyone can do this job and another indicator how little customer service matters anymore

Because I do appreciate face-to-face interactions I decided to call to inquire about a non owners insurance in preparation for a new vehicle I was about to test drive and purchase. Upon calling the number a woman answered the phone with a very snarky and rude demeanor. She advised me her company does sell non-owners insurance however they would not sell non-owners insurance to me because I told her I would was going to do a test drive. It is widely known one can acquire non-owners insurance and you said insurance to drive vehicles they do not on hence the name "non-owners insurance". Please avoid this company as they are not helpful, rude and aggressive. I will also notify progressive of how rude their affiliate company is.

They seemed to be good to be true. Unfortunately they were.. It has been one headache after…read moreanother. I'm already preparing for the next issue (usually every other week) until we get around to another company. They're deceptive and spell out miscommunication constantly at every turn. The recent bungle involves their insurance inspector showing up to look at our house. No knock or anything just look out to see some creepy guy lurking through our backyard. fast forward to a few weeks later we're getting a letter saying were getting dropped due to a quote "buckling roof" I work hands on in the construction trade so I can say 100% there was literally nothing was wrong with the roof. Its flat... AND its new!!!! Fast forward after more irrationally bs and headaches... They're trying to charge US $400+ to reinstate the policy for THEIR mistake. I honestly cannot recommend you stay away enough. Apparently they hire ANYONE to do this job and the team they do have employed would be better off working in fast food instead of involved with anything that requires using facts, figures, customer service, or brain power.
