I am actively looking for a new agency as I've been a customer of Stallings for many years and yet I can't get a return call, a return text, or return email any timely manner. They've been too busy and has switched me to different agents over and over. When I have an issue or claim to file, I guess I'm simply on my own. I've literally had trouble getting responses from them every time I needed something. So at this point, I will cut my losses and send my commissions to another agency who actually values my business.
