I called and asked to speak to the owner over a week ago and he can't be bothered. The worst experience was when I called to cancel my life insurance. I believe Miranda was who I bought the policy from and when I called to cancel she demanded to know why I was cancelling. The reason was because the company I work for offered a better option but as I told her " unless you pay my bills it's really none of your business" She then went on to berate me and called me a bad mother for cancelling my policy. ' How can you do this to your daughter" I was in tears I was so upset but I did let her know that my daughter is an adult making over 6 figures so I think she will be just fine. My experience has been nothing but wonderful. I do deal with Shyndy 100% of the time, but I've honestly never met her or anyone else in the office in person. I've done 100% of my business with them over the phone and via email. That's due to MY preference, not because they require me to stay far away...at least I don't think they do! I did have to file a claim once many years ago and it was super easy and paid very quickly. I'm definitely a satisfied customer.

Took 3 months (and 3 phone calls) to get the new one on file. Moved? Took 3 months (and 3 phone calls) to get my new address input correctly. At one point, I drove around with no insurance for a while bc they didn't fill out my info fully. What a joke of a agent. Oh, and I NEVER once talked to Ben Raymond in the phone. If this is your agent, good luck! You'll need it.
