A 6 week job that took 5 months. A project manager who NEVER shows up. Sub-contractor's coming to do work and not having a p.m. come to tell them what needed to be done because he had NINE family emergencies??? If you want a huge problems (one after the other), then by all means use this company. If you have an absolutely beautiful basement that you want put back the same way it was before, then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE, HEAR ME OUT ON THIS. They raked the first layer and put it in bags and hauled them away, put antimicrobial fogger, lime was distributed throughout the whole basement and the old 12 foot sewer pipe (that was left behind by the contractors that replaced the pipe) was cut into pieces and hauled away. They came and did a great job and one of the best parts was they could not have been nicer. It was a big foul smelling mess and they cleaned it up and restored it.
