I had a water heater installed in a client's property in Plainsboro, NJ. The water heater had to be removed from the property full of water (completely clogged drain) and from a very narrow closet. It was difficult to manuver and heavy. Wood floors were properly protected. Not one drip of water spilled. Very impressed. Fair pricing with permit (price excluded permit fee). Neat and clean installation. I will hire this plumber again and again. If you are looking for a licensed plumber to work on your property, I highly recommend this firm. After the installation, theIR work leaked because of a cheap clamp on the hose. They came back the next day to fix it, but given how expensive it was, it shouldn't have happened. I spoke at length with someone who seemed to be quite knowledgeable and he scheduled a time for them to come out to take a water sample. Fast forward to the date/time we scheduled, and no one showed. I gave them an hour and still no one. I called the office to see where they were and apparently the appointment was never added to the book. So I scheduled another date/time. This time the guy showed, an hour early. Fortunately I was home. A week went by and I had not heard from anyone regarding the results. I called, and I spoke to the same gentleman I initially spoke to. He told me he would contact the testing company and get back to me either way. I never heard anything. So I waited another week (now two weeks since the sample was taken) and called again to find out the results. The woman I spoke with said she hadn't seen anything, and asked me to hold on a moment while she inquired. I could hear in the background someone saying "That was the water sample that I had left in the truck" meaning it had gone bad before they dropped it off for testing. The woman told me she was going to find out what was going on and would be back in touch. It's now two weeks since that last call, a month since my sample was taken, and I have not heard from anyone. Apparently Rely (more like UNrelyABLE) has enough work so don't waste your time or money by giving them your business.

I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. The work was performed professionally, quickly.. and priced reasonably. The bill clearly listed all work performed, and detailed pricing. I will certainly use Rick Lucas Plumbing in the future, and I would strongly recommend giving him a call for your Plumbing needs.
