I called for an explanation and was told they would investigate and get back to me. That callback never happen. I called StateFarm and picked up a policy with them. I called to cancel and again was told they would get someone to call because i had questions that call never came and they deducted for the monthly. I called back finally got answers about the cancellation process. Now I'm waiting for my refund and when i call theit message says call back everyone is busy! SCAM! Filed a complaint with the PA Insurance Department!
