Brothers Restoration did mold mitigation in a crawlspace of a home we were buying. After the sellers got the work done and shared the Brothers report with us, we telephoned them for at least four different days and left messages that we had a couple questions about their report. WE NEVER got an return phone call. We even drove to the location listed on their report, 10621 Irma Dr. Unit G in Northglenn, to see if we could talk with someone. We were told their business had left that location several years ago.

But as consumers, we must advocate for ourselves. Delta caused a 2.5 month delay on the reconstruction of my home following mitigation. I have documented proof of all of this--I recorded in person and phone conversations, saved text messages and printed out e-mails. Essentially, Delta just doesn't have the capacity to run a construction project and probably shouldn't even be in the reconstruction business. It's a shame that the construction division casts such a pall on the mitigation division. I highly recommend any consumer to do their due diligence and hire a competent, well reviewed construction contractor (again, Delta specializes in mitigation, not reconstruction). You'll be much happier and will have someone who genuinely cares about you.
