I was very happy with their prompt response and availability as well as pricing. It was fantastic. I had them out to do two homes for us and at first thought the job was done well. When I got to our primary residence, I realized the dryer vent that was supposed to have been cleaned was not cleaned at all. And the ducts were supposed to have been cleaned. When I opened the one in our laundry room was still filthy. The dryer is also in the laundry room obviously and I wonder if it just got skipped altogether. Because the duct cleaning is so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning I had to rate the overall experience three stars because I ended up cleaning our dryer vent myself and vacuuming and cleaning the air duct in the laundry room myself because it is definitely the dirty one in the house. I thought I had Photos, but we're doing a lot of work too more than one house right now and I can't find them. read more

From the reviews my bad experience was not the norm. But here it goes. My dryer was flashing the restricted air flow error message on the display. On the phone the tech was 100% certain he knew how to resolve the issue. Tech shows up to my house at the scheduled time. He determined that he had to access the roof or my attic. HE DOES NOT HAVE A LADDER on his truck. He agreed to come back a few hours later. He was able to access the attic, but did not have the right tools for the job. He scheduled to come back out 8 am Monday morning. 8.15 Monday, he had not shown up so I text him and ask if he is coming. He claimed that his truck broke down and he will get back with me once it is resolved. As of this post, I still have not heard from him. I was able to call someone else to get the situation resolved. Been wanting to get the vents cleaned since we moved here, so I went to Yelp & filled out the Projects section. Uri from A1 Red Carpet & Air Duct hit me back and was very responsive with the texts. I decided to go with them & they had an appointment in 2 days, so I took that. Aaron contacted me at 8:45am for a 9am appointment, he pulled right up at 9am. He explained what he was going to do, I went over the vents on the 3 floors & off he went to work on them! He was great, the value was excellent as It only cost about $349 + $65 for the dryer vent. He did the dryer vent both inside & out! Aaron was very easy to talk with & the whole job took around 2.5 hours. They left the carpets so wet and dirty , we had to pay for another company to come out to clean the dirty water marks everywhere and work on the dog pee spots again. Yuck! Always ask for proper drying extraction including suction, multiple suction, weighted suction, heaters, and fans, etc. Try not to let companies leave without drying properly. Video moisture levels pressing a paper towel onto it from the number of hours promised to when dry in case you need evidence. read more

Unfortunately I posted my review after only reviewing photos of the carpet since I'm remote & couldn't see the results in person. I'm now changing my review after my friends went to the house and could still see the dirt from only 2 years of regular dirt/ wear & tear and were able to remove some of it from a regular wet paper towel. Nice guys but you need to fix your machines or use different soap because it's not yielding good results. read more

These guys came up in a search and I am glad they did. I have used zerorz and stanley in the past and was pleased, but I got the same quality with A1 at way lower prices. Same area size service, $1200-$1800 through zerorez and stanley, under $500 through A1. If there was a difference I couldnt see it or smell it. I had a great experience with A1 Red Carpet and Air Duct. Shortly after moving into a new apartment, I found traces of cat litter and wanted to hire a professional to look at it. I contacted A1 Red Carpet and Air Duct to see if they could do anything. They found traces of pet stains in the carpet and through the apartment. Also, we found out that the vents hadn't been cleaned prior to move in. They did a full carpet cleaning and cleaned out my air ducts. This really helped a lot, and the apartment is much more pleasant to be in. The service was great. Yuri was very helpful over the phone. I was able to get someone to clean my apartment the same day. Jaime Lopez did all the cleaning, and he was incredibly professional, polite and did a great job. The customer service and professionalism here is great. Also, I think they're very honest. First to respond to my Yelp request (almost immediately). They said they could come the following morning, which was nice. The price quote seemed high, but I scheduled. Their reviews were very good. Showed up on time. Very nice and professional and finished quickly. A couple spots on a chair remained after they cleaned it but I didn't notice it while it was wet (maybe beyond their ability to get clean but I think if that was the case they should've said so). The most significant downside of their service is after 3 full days, the room carpet they cleaned is still damp. That may be normal and my bad for not asking up front. Won't be so quick to accept an offer in the future and will definitely ask more questions. read more

I've used A1 twice, once in 2021, another in 2023. They did a great job in 2021, with my carpet looking like new. Not so much in 2023. I still had coffee stains, high traffic areas don't look touched, carpet in rooms and on stairs still have crumbs/debris on them. This carpet is only 1.5yrs old, the stains haven't been sitting long. I contacted the company through 3 emails including pictures, but haven't heard back. Save your money or try another company. Not sure what happened by A1 is not the quality they used to be. read more

Levi was meticulous about stretching out my carpet that had been improperly installed, removing all of the wrinkles without me having to clear the room of heavy furniture, which I was not physically able to do. He even took an extra step of stretching the carpet on the stairs.
