My insurance(integon) got cut off off the negligence of the company i would always send the letters and contact the agency when the insurance company would mail me letters and this couldnt be stayed on top of now my car is in the street with NO insurance at all and i been robbed for my money. My other option is paying them another downpayment for another insurance so i can be covered which is more than a thousand dollars but i dont want this issue happening once again so the money thats going to be refunded from the prior downpayment would go towards that but yet im still awaiting MY REFUND. I am not going to pay double to the company for nothing. Oh yea and on top of that i paid insurance for no reason which is paid in full on the website i have proof of so that's means i would be getting my downpayment back and MORE since i paid for no reason everything off because i have no insurance now that randomly cut off for months now.

For weeks, there was little to no communication regarding the case (zero communication with my brother). Mr. Imperial failed to follow through on two separate meetings he agreed to attend with my brother, leaving him uninformed and unprepared during a very serious, ongoing legal situation. Consistent communication and preparation are critical in criminal defense, especially when someone's freedom and future are at stake. Most concerning was that he appeared at a scheduled hearing without ever obtaining meaningful background information from my brother that could have helped support his defense or potentially reduce charges. It appeared there was no effort made to investigate the facts of the case, communicate legal strategy, or build a basic attorney-client relationship before appearing in court. When our family raised concerns about the lack of communication and missed meetings, Mr. Imperial responded in a dismissive, rude, and nonchalant manner that demonstrated little regard for the seriousness of the situation or the stress his client and family were experiencing. Rather than showing professionalism, accountability, or urgency, his responses came across as indifferent and unconcerned about the impact his lack of preparation and communication was having on my brother's defense. This type of conduct raises serious concerns regarding the constitutional standard for effective assistance of counsel established in Strickland v. Washington, which requires attorneys to provide reasonably competent and prepared legal representation. It also appears inconsistent with the New Jersey Rules of Professional Conduct, including RPC 1.1 (competence), RPC 1.3 (diligence), and RPC 1.4 (communication with clients). When an attorney accepts responsibility for representing someone facing criminal charges, communication, preparation, and advocacy are not optional. They are ethical and constitutional obligations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend his services. My family is in the process of filing a formal grievance. If you or anyone you know has had a similar experience, please reach out so we can share how to file a grievance. He should not be able to practice law in such a regard without accountability.
