I called Geico recently when I got a new car just to get an auto quote and they made it so easy I changed over my auto, renters, and personal policy on the spot. It was one call. I was still waiting to hear from Justin Bush Agency at the time. Finally after 7 years I said enough is enough. To add insult to injury, I called a month ago to cancel all my State Farm policies, and noticed today that I was charged and my policies hadn't be cancelled like I was told. I just called the main State Farm number to have them connect me with my agent. They said they will cancel it now. I'll have to keep an eye on it. I have to say it's disappointing. I had an excellent State Farm Agent when I lived in Minnesota. But Justin Bush's agency has left such a bad taste in my mouth I'm never going back to State Farm.
