You know its really hard to knock an agency like this because they "really don't do anything", but…read morethis person literally does less at managing your insurance interests than Joe Biden does managing the country.. My Home insurance rated doubled and her advice was to tell me to eliminate all my coverages to catastrophic conditions (i.e. storm blows down the house entirely) and when i did maintain coverages like water damage she indicated that claims would be easy if necessary which they definitely were not.. basically you have to survive a once in a lifetime flood in Colorado in order to collection any damages.. My Auto premiums just kept going up year after year with no kinds of heads up at all until finally i cancelled (let them know) and switched to a new coverage, afterwards where they still tried to charge me again!.. its a shame as her predecessor used to do a much better job and actually knew something about providing customer service.. you might as well just use something like "Eservice" as it will be much more personable.

A couple of years ago a bad wind blew 2 parts of our fence down, so we used insurance to repair it. Recently, a bad hailstorm hit the 80905 area, our roof took a beating (it was only 8 yo); our small kitchen window cracked, our shed roof was dinged in pretty badly and both our window air conditioners fins were bent in pretty badly. Our entire neighborhood was hit! There were roofers and repair people everywhere!! so we used insurance repair it. Of course we first paid in advance our $2,000 deductible and the depreciation fee close to $5,000.00. We used insurance because that is what we were paying high rates for, right? A couple days ago we received a phone call saying they were dropping us from their insurance due to submitting too many claims. Mind you, in the past they declined to repair the siding on the back and side of our house also due to hail so we paid out of pocket and hired a company to replace it. During the last hailstorm both of our vehicles took a hood and roof hail hit but we didn't claim it concerned that that would be "too much to submit" we would pay for that ourselves. We paid in advance for our umbrella insurance, and now we have to wait until corporate isn't so busy to get a refund. They gave us until, March to find new homeowners insurance, assuming we would want to keep our auto insurance. We immediately (same day) found and purchased bundled insurance from Allstate. They were a lot less expensive with the same coverage AND offered discounts for our good driving records. People, be wary, this could happen to you unexpectedly, too. This is a completely honest review as no embellishments are needed. Their actions alone were reprehensible. Check out Allstate, unless you live in CA, FL or MN. They don't absorb the high cost of claims from those states, so we here in CO don't get stuck paying for them. I have done my good deed for the day!!

I was told my May payment would be refunded in 5 to 7 days. On the 7th business day, 5/15, I called the office again bc it hadn't shown up in my bank account. Put on hold for a while, and then told the reimbursement had not yet been sent to billing, so it would be another week. No expediting, no apology, although the fault is theirs. If I missed a payment and said "oops, I haven't done my budget yet", do you think they would give me a pass? I need this money. Very unhappy about it.

Tony was able to look through dozens of policies and find the best one for us, and we're saving nearly $200 a year, getting better coverage and having the peace of mind of knowing Tony will go to bat for us if needed. What the captive insurance agents won't tell you is that your claims are handled in a call center in another part of the world, and the agent that you worked with for years has nothing to do with the claims process. That's not the case with an independent broker.

In March I made a request to change the address (called them). They say we need to get that in writing, I had to send them an email. It is July now and nothing changed. They say they do not receive anything. I forward them Sent to Them email, they promise to change it and nothing happens. I got so sick of this communication problem. Our agent Tony is never in the office and he does not answer his cell in weeks. I decided to cancel all my insurances with them and go with somebody else. Guess what, two week notice is not enough and I cannot reach them to cancel my policy. They still charged my bank account. I spoke with JoAnna (who could not change my address for months) and she assured me that I will get my money back to my account withing 7-10 business days. 10 days past, nothing. I spoke with her again. She said it is actually 14 business days now, they changed the policy. I wait again. But nothing. They just ask to wait again or do not respond at all. I call Insurance company directly. The say they did not even intend to return money to our account. It has been a month since then and we still did not receive our money back. Tony is not in the office, they say he is sick again. JoAnna is on maternity leave and nobody can tell why she was giving me wrong information. Melissa tried to call insurance company directly but instead hung up on me. When I called back she said and I quote "I tried to call them again so you can speak with them too but I do not know how to use that technology and accidentally dropped the call". She transferred me to Shawn and he advised me to communicate with insurance directly because there is nothing else they can do for me. I asked isn't it the whole purpose of having an agent who deals with insurance on my behalf. He just said that they do not get money for me cancelling insurance with them and advised to deal with insurance on my own. And I was their client for 2,5 years!
