Horrible man! One of his incompetent employees canceled my policy when I called to remove a couple…read moreitems and add a new one. For two months I did not know this had happened and didn't realize my payments had stopped as well. I never received anything stating my policy had been canceled! NOTHING!!! Yes, I should have been aware the payments were not being taken from my account , but for three years, I had no issues. I had no reason to believe the money wasn't being withdrawn. He will not accept any fault in this and tells me I am responsible for three months worth of payments because they reinstated it. They never once reminded me my auto payments had stopped and that I needed to start them again. I can't afford that much at once. I am being punished for for his mistake. Not acceptable! Well now he's sending it to collections so my credit can suffer. All I wanted was for him to acknowledge the mistake of his employee and that he make this issue right. Nope! Look life happens! I work full time, go to school full time; I trusted the system. If he is your agent, make sure you check your policy and account monthly.
