I knew that I needed to step up my insurance game and Michael Garrick, or 'Big Mike' as we like to call him, educated me on a policy with a Living Benefit Rider -- basically, should anything serious happen to you (like cancer) you are able to accelerate the payouts. Big Mike wrote us 2 policies last year and 1 this year. I cannot overstate the peace of mind that it's given me. Mike Garrick is the consummate pro. I am always able to get a hold of him -- this is incredibly reassuring. One of the major complaints that I've heard from those who buy life insurance policies is that there is no one around to answer their questions after they have purchased the policy. This is never the case with Big Mike. When he's not available via phone, he follows up with an immediate text. I have been with him since around 2013 when he was Farmer insurance, then he stopped and came back…read moreas creative element insurance, I moved over with him because he was a family's friend, he insure my family cars (5-7 cars) stopped a couple years ago , but my homes and my auto repair shop business still with him, I trusted him completely, I relied on him to make sure I am covered, that was a BIG MISTAKE! This Oct. on a road test of customer's car,I got into a fender bender , very small accident,I referred the other party ( the car I hit) to my insurance for their damage, a week later, he called and told me that because I do not own a company car and did not carry commercial car liability insurance, the claim is denied, I will have to pay out of pocket,and advise me that if I want to test drive customer's car in the future, I will need to get a company car add this coverage for an additional $1,600+, I was puzzled, I pay over $4,000 for my shop insurance, I thought I was fully covered. I came to find out that due to incompetent or carelessness , he did not add NONE OWN VEHICLE coverage on my policy, which my former broker informed me that with most insurance company, this is included or added with general shop liability insurance at a very minimum charge or free, NOT $1,600+. instead of being honest and admit to the mistake , he tried to sell me more insurance that I don't need. I trusted the wrong person. Please double and triple check the policy he sells you to make sure you are covered,and is what you needed, I made the mistake of trusting him , now I will be paying dearly. ST.

The cost was because the insurance company we get the insurance through raised their rates. Craig reviewed my mother's coverage, looked up the value of the cars on my mother's plans and suggested ways we could reduce our total cost. I was really impressed with this sort of personal attention. Craig discovered the issue and was able to come up with a solution that resulted in a win for us.
