I contacted Shai at Impact Plumbing after my regular plumber of 30 years didn't return a call (he told his receptionist to tell me his truck broke down). Shai picked up the phone on my first attempt to call him. I explained the problem with the relay on the heater. He had his assistant, Gary, out that afternoon to survey the problem, and made an appointment the next morning to do the repair. Gary was on time, finished the job earlier than expected, checked everything in the system multiple times before leaving, and worked extremely clean. The price was fair for the parts and labor that needed to be done. I would highly recommend Shai and his team for any of your heating or plumbing needs. Out of the blue, our hot water heater sprung a leak. My wife called Shai and he came over within minutes. He checked everything out and told us that he could replace it on Sunday or Tuesday (after the holiday). He came Sunday and did the entire job by himself. The sewer eject pump in our basement backed up. The shower, toilet and washing machine were unusable. Jonathan from Intact Plumbing came the next day and replaced the unit. Our hot water heater stopped working. I called Intact Plumbing. We had used them in the past. They did good work, were reliable, friendly and most importantly, were available when we needed them. So when the hot water heater stopped working, I immediately called them. This was before 6 AM on a Thursday. Someone actually picked up the phone, not what I was expecting. Less than a half hour later I received a call back from Shai. Less than a half hour after that, Shai was at our house! He took a look at the hot water heater and relit the pilot light. All fixed or so we all thought. The next morning it wasn't working again. Rather than try to fix it again, we decided to replace it. It was after all over 15 years old, so I guess it was time. We wanted to replace it with as close to the same one we had. Shai said he could do it that afternoon. He showed up exactly when he said he would, with the hot water heater we decided on, and within a couple of hours we were back in business! That's what I call great service!
