Phenomenal job by Fabian and his team from Angler Plumbing. Fabian came to my home with 2 employees and completed 3 separate jobs including an especially difficult one. We had a leak downstairs caused by our upstairs bathtub faucet that required breaking thru 60 year old extremely thick ceramic tile built to last 100 years. He then had to find the leaking pipe , repair it and convert our 2-handle wall-mount tub faucet into a 1 handle with a plate to cover the broken tile. It came out beautifully. In addition, their price was reasonable and they replaced our toilet tank plug at no cost. Angler Plumbing did a great job snaking the main sewer line leading from my home to the street. They have done this twice before over the past several years, and recommended clearing the tree roots from the line before the drains got backed up. I called about a month ago to set that up for the spring. I meant to write a review shortly after our bathroom was finished but life got the best of me and I completely forgot. However, a friend just asked any recommendations that I may have regarding a plumber to install a new bathroom and Immediately thought of Angler Plumbing. Fabian and his crew came in and did a complete rough in on a basement full bath. They had to break up the cement slab and run all new plumbing for a full bathroom and an existing laundry room where they had to reroute all pipes. Not only was Fabian and his crew quick, they were reasonably priced, and surprisingly didn't make much of a mess considering how detailed the job was. I finished the bathroom on my own, however Fabian checked in on me through the process and was even available for questions that I had. Looking back I would've had Fabian do the whole job if I had to do it over again. I can't recommend Angler Plumbing enough to anyone that needs a plumber. Big or small jobs. I first came across Angler Plumbing when my sewer pipe is clogged. He came the next day and made quick work of the clearing. I finally decided to replace my working 48 years old heating system. I did not want to get stuck in the mid of winter without heat I will never hear the end of it LOL. First I did a lot of research and finally decided to go with Weil Mclain Gold Series, Gas Boiler with 2 valve zones. Second was to select a qualify plumber to do the job. I prepared a detail list of what I expect the selected vendor to do. I interviewed several big and small companies and decided to go with ANGLER Plumbing, Heating. I select this company because I like to talk to the pro that will do the job and not to a salesman, the professional and detailed explanation I got of what will be done, the company/plumber experience, how easy it was to communicate with the plumber that will do the job, the price and the rating. I could not be happier with my selection. Fabian the owner, and his crew, did an outstanding and extremely professional job. A date is a date, a time is a time and the workmanship was excellent. They walked in at 8:30 am and by 4:00 pm, after removing the old unit, the 2 old valve zones and the rest of the gizmo, I have a beautiful working new heating system. Needless to say that they were very neat and careful not to cause any damage to my house, including the porcelain floor in my basement. On top of all, the 2 town inspectors that came to inspect the job said "what a beautiful neat job". Water heater crapped out and need to be replaced. Called the plumber who installed the original water heater and he could not guarantee that he could do it same day...while waiting on his response as to whether or not he could do it the same day I called Angler (thanks to the yelp reviews). They said they could come over within the hour and were cheaper. Colin came and he did a great job...polite, clean, professional and quick. Could not be happier! The original plumber called back and told me he still didn't know if he could do it today but I said no worries...found someone else who is just about finished installing the new water heater. Anyway if you need a plumber I highly recommend Angler. Also to get a quote I simply took a photo of the existing water heater and of the sticker on the water heater showing all the specifications of the water heater...texted it to them and they called me right back with a quote which, like I said was cheaper than my original plumber, and which they honored...no "hidden" costs. We had a hot water heater emergency the other night and a resulting flood in our basement. We were in a panic needing after-hours service and contacted Angler Plumbing. Within 5 minutes, Fabian called me back and not too long after that arrived at my home to stop the flood. It was after 10PM, and despite the late hour he was his extremely accommodating! I woke up yesterday with no hot water. I called the plumber listed on the heater itself (I'm in Hoboken and recently purchased my condo). Without seeing anything, he said I "definitely needed" a new heater. I called Fabian, who immediately struck me as honest. His response was, "let me come look at it and troubleshoot, maybe you don't need a new heater." After checking, it turned out I needed a new heater. He resolved the issue I had with my water draining slowly in the tub and reinstalled my bathtub drain.
