I brought mine there and was never told that they were going to put a sub par non apple screen on my iphone X. The thing quit working completely about 2 months after I got it. They were good about replacing the screen that quit, but as I used the new screen I slowly began to suspect how bad it was. The typing is so inaccurate and once I saw the colours alongside a real screen, they are not even close. It took me way too long to get back to them to try and get an OEM screen because it was a while before I realized how poor the quality was and I was sick of going back there to try and deal with this crappy screen. Since I would like to sell this phone and get a new one I decided to go back and try to get a real screen put on finally. It had been about 4 months since the last screen was put on, so I figured it wasn't ideal, but I was pretty unhappy with what I've ended up with. I thought maybe we could work out a deal where I could pay the labour and the difference between this bad screen and the OEM one. Unfortunately they would not go any lower that what I had paid originally for the crappy screen, which would result in me having paid almost $400 just to get my screen back to normal. This more or less turned into a shouting match and a terrible experience all around. Worst experience I've ever had at a phone repair shop. Do me a favour and go somewhere else to get this done, or at least make sure they give you a real Apple screen.

After recommendation by Apple support I visited this location to see what they could do. The store is wide open, clean, and I was met with welcoming staff that quickly pulled me aside to a desk to go over my iPhone troubles. I wish I could remember her name, but I received a sympathetic listening ear as I went over the lengthy case. Before I even finished she had the paperwork ready to leave the phone for the tech to inspect. I left and returned in 40 minutes to be welcomed once again with a smile and the pleasure of having my device replaced on the spot. I was overjoyed. Fantastic service for any and all Apple gear that rivals and Apple Store. I wholeheartedly recommend.

PC mobile just stole my mother's money, she topped up her minutes a few days early as she always…read moredoes, she always adds a little more so she has extra on her account! She walked down the street to check the mail and all of her data was gone! She called PC Mobile and they told her it's her own fault for topping up early they took the original $25 + whatever she had extra, my mother is 72 years old and and lives on limited funds! I came home and she was almost in tears and confused on how can PC Mobile do that too people without consequences it's wrong it's dirty and it should not be happening this is her only means of communication with the outside world. PC mobile your policies are crap, do better or shut down! If I could give you negative stars I would how dare you rip off an old lady. WARNING: NEVER GET A PREPAID FROM PCmobile, you'll get ripped off big time. I just got screwed by…read morePCmobile (Bell) prepaid (someone, please start a class-action on these weasels). They just keep your balance money after it expires (30 or 90 days) so you can never leave them without losing money. To keep your balance, you must top-up a minimum of $15.00 which never evens out after taxes, so you always have a balance greater then the exact amount owing. They then, in my opinion, STEAL your balance and in my case, it was $23.78 on $21.47 owning one day after the expiry date. I then had to pay another $15 to take the suspension off. I had to pay them in order to get a text message from them to confirm my account and phone number were moving to FIZZ mobile. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER get a PCmobile cell phone account (it's BELL after all).
