I wasn't expecting much given that they are smaller isp (for now) however the installer called me before the install to confirm and even offered to come earlier than the scheduled time. Take that Comcast! Sanders (the installer) arrived at the time he promised and quickly performed my install. He went above and beyond to inform me about the best router settings as well as how the service worked. He is an amazing asset to the company thanks to the polite and precise service he provided me. Once the install was done I blown away by the speeds: 375+ Mbps is simply amazing compared to what I'd been getting previously. I will definitely be recommending this ISP to all my friends who live in a building where it is available. Way to go Sanders and Webpass for making my new apartment that much better!

Poor service, and absolutely no support from ATT. Canceled the service after 4 days and now I have to eat a $500 early cancellation fee. Beware of ATT sales reps offering you great deals and if you're happy with Xfinity just stick with them.
