    This review is purely on the customer service and general neglect Verizon has for it's customers. I bought a USB to USB-C cord at a Verizon store in Manhattan. Cost $34.99. the cord barely worked for our needs as often generic brand cables don't always work for every device. We then notice at the airport before our flight a random accessories shop had the same cable for $14.99... Of course... In Miami, I decided to return the cable because it wasn't handling the job on our device. The manager at the Verizon where I bought the cable told me if there are any issues I could return it to any Verizon corporate store. Here in Miami, on our trip, the Verizon location I went to told me they were a franchise and that I should call customer care. I did. They led me to the corporate store nearby our house in Miami. The store said they can't take it. After I had a momentary irritated debate with the rep whose title was: Solutions Manager, I apologized and told him I was having a bad day due to traffic and weather and this made no sense. Because he and the new customer care rep kept asking me questions requiring me to discern which stores are and are not corporate. As a customer, I see a large Marquee that says: Verizon...that's a Verizon store. If Verizon authorizes this store to sell their products, then they should be returnable to any Verizon. After a few grumpy debates from the solutions manager and a very irritated statement by him---"I am not going to keep going back and forth and this is the most I am willing to do." I was livid. I told him to call the store where I bought the cable. They answered: Thank you for calling Verizon. To his reply, what company am I calling...to their reply, Verizon. He began to argue with this person because the invoice receipt stated a company named Vitra. After some communication, the rep on the phone agreed that it should be returnable to this location and was arguing with the Solutions Manager. Eventually, asking for my info and sending me a check. So I am at a loss if Verizon did right by me, under my expected perception the franchise is Verizon so yes, they did right by me...however I had to go through 2 stores and a long customer care call... I went earlier in the day to Apple...no appointment, no request. I just walked in. How's that for a priviledged and charmed life... They took my iPad, and replaced the $30 cable and the $61 brick on the spot. No fuss...10 minutes later I had what I needed at no cost and was on my way to this mess with Verizon. The reps at Verizon need to get better at customer service not at following scripted responses. I think in the end I got the help I needed but it wasn't the most polite and it was almost coerced. I personally dislike this company, they have excellent signal and network strength, but horrific customer service and ridiculous company policies with no consistency in their brand across authorized dealers and franchises.

    Manager Luis has a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. the employees have the same attitude but prob his fault.

    I came in to trade in my phone, and the process was super fast. Thank you to the staff that helped me out, I totally recommend this Verizon.

    Although there aren't any pictures to accompany this review, I do hope your read this and take the…read moretime to stop by...should your cell phone require a new service plan or repairs. This is a primarily Spanish-speaking store, HOWEVER, the receptionist will greet you with a smile and communicate in a polite and friendly manner. She is the main reason why I am writing this, actually. If she quits, it may be an entirely different store :/ The services which are provided include flashing iPhones, tethering, repairing unlocking, and getting you hooked up with the most affordable (but good quality) phone plans including Simple Mobile and T-Mobile. They have cell phones, cases and screen protectors as well. I did request a quote for unlocking my iphone4s, and they stated it would be $80. If you know anything about unlocking, competitors usually charge between $90-100, so this is a great deal. I walked in with a phone and a sim card too big to fit. Apparently, a seller on a very popular bidding site did not cut the card correctly. Cell Phones Universe took their time cutting the card from a micro-sim to nano-sim FOR FREE. And if you're a family member or my boyfriend reading this, you know I like free things. I gave the store a tip, and I'm following up with this review. If you're ever in Doral, and you need help with your cell phone, this is the place.

    Awful AT&T reseller to do business with. Bought a phone on Friday and told them not to activate it…read moreuntil Sunday. They went ahead and activated the phone on that same Friday and I ended up without service in the middle of the road with one autistic child on the car, not knowing where to go pick up my second autistic child. AT&T main office in TX managed to restore my service on my phone. Sunday came and my phone couldn't finish the set up because IT WAS DEFECTIVE. This so called "manager" was contacted by one the the girls employed there (she woke him up at 3 something PM) and he stated that if it was a hardware/phone problem they will exchange it for another new one. Did not do it and told us send an e-mail and to wait a couple of days. They were very arrogant, disrespectful and breached the main contract for the iPhone that states that it is under warranty (this phone is 12 hours old). They refused to restore the service to the old phone and told us to leave their premises. Apple concluded that the phone was defective to begin with and that reseller should have replaced the phone without a problem because it was not a user problem, it was a hardware problem. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they are the worst. Personnel is very unfriendly and AT&T should be ashamed that these people are doing business using their name. I do not recommend and I am warning family and friends not to give these irresponsible people their business. They're just in for the sales. Regional manager is a micro manager, employees tell you one thing on the phone and once you get there tell you other thing. AT&T follow up with the complaint already placed at your corporate offices. Too bad the rating system cannot give 0 stars. Don't go to this place, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This…read morereseller located at 2086 NW 107TH Street in Miami, FL sold my husband an iPhone 14 on 5/12. Told them not to activate the phone until Mother's Day (5/14). They went ahead and activated the phone, and that action cancelled my services on my current phone while driving and using my GSP to pick up one of my special needs children at a place I haven't been before. Long story short, phone ended up being defective. Reseller REFUSED to take it back, wanted us to wait a couple of days and send an e-mail to see what could be done. I guess they wanted me to be without a cellphone so my 2 special needs children and their therapists could figure a way to send me smoke signals to get in touch with me (I am the contact for everything related to my kids, from doctors, to school, therapists, etc.) Reseller called the police on us because we wouldn't leave the store and told them we were "violent" (the "violent" episode consisted in nothing more than telling them to keep their non-working and defective phone). We were now 18 hours in this without my service, with a non-working iPhone that Apple had deemed from the beginning that it was defective after more than 2 hours with them at their Genius Bar. Mind you, this defective phone was never able to finish its setup because it started acting up and it locked itself. This reseller incurred in a breach of contract because as it states in it; if the phone is defective, a brand-new replacement at no cost should be given to the customer. Stay away from this AT&T reseller in 8029 NW 107th Avenue. Awful people to deal with. Stay away from AT&T. They make your family celebrations sad and miserable. Is this how AT&T treat their loyal customers? How AT&T rewards their customers who pay religiously their $500 a month cellphone bill? I am more than sure that either @Tmobile or @Verizon would love and bend backwards for us as customers (we're never late on our payments and we change our mobile units every 2 1/2 years or so giving the company even more business). PLOT TWIST: Reseller banned us from their store so now we have to deal with returning this phone to AT&T Corporate office. We are taking legal action against your highway robbery techniques and false police report. Some Mother's Day weekend for me, huh? #ATTisInhumane #ATTDoesNotCareAboutTheirCustomers
