The entire staff is pretty incredible... from the front desk (Tiffany, Brenda & Kristin) to every one of the PTs, PTAs, college students are always approachable, professional, knowledgeable!! Thank You Leigh, Randall, Reid (cool shoes), sweet Bryce, Parker, Jayna and Keagan). I'm always pushed and encouraged to go beyond my limits while they guide my therapy, allow questions re: my therapy and they offer alternatives and suggestions if I'm unsure or if something doesn't feel right. Christen, makes me "tap out" but I (who's a good hot mess) still love her cuz she's calm, knowledgeable, and she's pushed me when I've challenged her and she's recognized my physical ability or need to change my therapy plan... she explains the physiological effects and recognizes the interventions needed for my therapy outcomes!!! Usually there is someone at the main reception desk who can direct you to your doctor's office. There is a walk in clinic as well. Each doctor has their own receptionist and wait times can vary in that respect. I like going there even though it is not as near as other offices.

I call to make an appointment just for them to say they don't accept our insurance. I inform the front desk I found them directly through UHC so they should, just for the lady to state that they don't and UHC has them listed wrong. That's like saying it's googles fault their address is wrong. I'm so sick of doctors offices refusing to take responsibility for having their information up to date within insurance providers sites. It is not the patients responsibility to make sure doctor offices do their job to keep their information correct.

Cindy, Blake and Erin are the best therapists and are wonderful people! They make you feel so comfortable and like family. Even the patients are fun to be around. Susan (receptionist) immediately made me feel comfortable before I ever stepped foot in the door. Arranging my initial appt was super easy and the staff is so flexible with your schedule! My favorite part was when they used the hyperbolt massage gun! That thing was AMAZING and made me feel so much looser and light when I left! The manager was speaking with the lady at the front desk then when it was my chance to check in I was late for the appointment and couldn't be seen. This system is broken they could have seen me if they wanted to help but they chose to take the more convenient path for them. My whole life I've felt like and inconvenience to every doctor I've spoken to and this really hasn't helped.
