I see Dr Chia-Hui Lee, but have also seen a couple of the partner docs (just had a baby, so there were LOTS of visits!) Dr Lee is the best. She is down to earth, patient, has a great bedside manner, and tells it to you straight. She was the only one who could help me at the hospital when I had some weird pregnancy complications. Clinic wise, the front desk staff at this location is friendly. In all my visits (there were probably close to 30) Front desk staff I have never had to wait to check in. Never had any issues with billing here. Nurses are great here. read more

I went to this office years ago and loved the staff! It's a lot bigger now! The front end staff at the is still great! My first visit back I didn't get to see my normal docs (C. Lee and S. Lee). I was a little surprised that this doctor was short with me and condescending. Next appt I definitely saw one of the Lees! Way better experience! Kindness, compassion and knowledge! I am sure there are other wonderful docs there! But I'm not straying again, if I can help it. read more

Dr. Chia-Hui Lee is top notch! She's genuinely caring and goes the extra mile to ensure that I've received the best possible care. This has included my emailing the office with non-urgent questions, and I would hear back very quickly from the nurse. On many occasions, Dr. Lee called me herself to personally address my questions. She speaks at a level that I can understand, and I know she stays after hours to take care of those under her care. She's very thorough and is excellent at what she does. I happen to travel 1 hour to see her, but if she moved 3 hours away, or across the country, I would stick with her. She's awesome because she cares. read more

The doctors, nurses and staff are amazing!! Dr. Woodman has been my doctor for my last 6 pregnancies. She is wonderful! She takes the time to address all my questions and concerns, and always puts me at ease. She is warm and kind, and truly cares about her patients. The nurses are also amazing. They went out of their way to help me, and were so sweet and caring. The whole office is great! The receptionists, sonongraphers, medical assistants, nurses and doctors were all very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend the whole practice! read more

I have been seeing Dr. H Lee for the past 7 years, since moving to CO. I can't say enough great things about her or the level of service that I receive from this office. I echo the sentiment of the other reviewers who have listed the high level of professionalism, patient services and that the Dr. really does remember you each visit. That is pretty amazing considering that this is not a small practice. She is very friendly, caring and informative and makes an awkward situation much less awkward. Called as a prospective patient for Dr. Woodman about a time sensitive procedure. I am infertile. Admin asked flippantly, "What procedure do you need? Are your pregnant or..." No. No I am not pregnant. I'm infertile. But thanks for making that stinging assumption and asking so casually. I expect better from someone working for a FertilityCare doctor. My wife had to have a procedure and being that I am a disabled Veteran we knew we needed Authorizations and approvals for everything. We made sure to verify everything was set for the surgery only to be blindsided by a bill for almost $500 for an assistant that was called in for the surgery but not in our network. When we were told about the possibility of this being necessary it was not explained that this person wouldn't be in network. Now the 2 offices are playing a game of we aren't responsible and sticking us with the bill. Checked and sure enough there is another complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding the exact same thing. Shady practice and billing handling. read more

I almost always see Dr. H Lee, she is incredible, she always has a listening ear, she listens to what you like and don't like and is very caring!!! Everyone in the office is super friendly and nice. When I first come in I get positive attention from the front staff, they are always welcoming and friendly, ask how I am doing and take the time to hear me out. The MA's are super nice and make the process go smoothier. I have seen all the 5 MD's and each one is amazing, very knowledgable and super friendly, make me feel like Im the only patient in the world. They listen to my needs. I had 4 appointments so far and each time the wait time is very fast and get seen right away. I check in 15 minutes prior to my appointment to update any paperwork and personal info and the MA calls me within 5 to 10 minutes. Thanks Centura for the amazing practice. The office is conveniently located in Parker Adventist Hospital. We chose this OB/GYN because they only have female Physicians on staff. My daughter is 36 1/2 weeks along and just got finished meeting Dr. Ragsdale. It's been a pleasure meeting all of them now. So many different personalities but, they are alll fully equipped and genuine to help my baby girl have her first baby. read more

Most people aren't willing to review their lady doctor, but I am! I have been coming to this practice for several years. They have always been very professional with their patient services and administrative functions. I was referred here when I was in the military, and have continued to go over the years after I got out. I am always impressed with how much my doctor remembers from our visits from one to the next, despite the months and sometimes year that goes by before I am in again. She's always very personable, friendly and obviously caring. I like that this practice is open to using alternative treatment methods. Sometimes my wait for my doctor is a little longer than I would like in the exam room. read more

My wife went here for her most recent pregnancy. She says "I mostly saw Dr. Woodman throughout my pregnancy and she was absolutely amazing!! I loved that everything I asked her for her advice she gave me an honest opinion along with facts for every side. My pregnancy and delivery were comfortable and not to mention pleasant because of her and this office. Dr. Woodman is personable and talks at my level, not distant like some OB's can be. I've also seen both Dr. Lee's and they are great as well. I loved going into office visits because the staff is so friendly as well. Amanda at the front desk is always so stinkin happy and fun to talk to! She always made it a point to be friendly to my 2 year old son, and so did all the nurses I encountered. This is the worst doctor i have ever seen! The only decent person is the ob nurse! After trying to get birth control on my last visit, and being told i couldn't receive that kind because that specific doctor didn't do it, I was billed! When scheduling the appointment i made it clear exactly what i wanted and they still put me with a doctor who couldn't do it. I sat in the waiting room for a half hoyr before the front desk girl finally came to talk to me and discussed medical matters in front of the other patients. It was a full waiting room. This office has put a damper on my first pregnancy. The doctors were just OK, but the main reason I am leaving this office is because of the front desk. Angela at the front desk was working with me to schedule appointments and she was rude and condescending. Treating me like a child by making sure I knew what I did wrong. She didn't care what worked for me and my schedule. After speaking with her and hanging up the phone I was in tears. Yes, I am pregnant and hormonal, but I still would've been upset even if I wasn't. If the doctors were over the top phenomenal I would reconsider leaving, but they aren't. I wanted to have the best support possible for my first time, so I will be looking elsewhere half way through my pregnancy. This time I will be going to an office recommended by a friend. read more

Unfortunately the doctor pressured me very heavily to have an unnecessary c section during my birth. I also switched insurance plans in the middle of my pregnancy and they attempted to double bill me for everything. Attempted to collect 1600$ from me despite me paying up front. And now, my son is 13 MONTHS old and I am still receiving bills in the mail from them. I call and they tell me I have a zero balance, but then next month what do u know there is a bill. Called this clinic with an urgent need to be seen- even though I wasn't an established patient they got me in right away. The front desk staff (especially Desiree) are friendly and very helpful. I've only seen Dr. Lee and Dr. H. Lee but both providers are very informative, have good bedside manner and took plenty of time with me. read more

Unfortunately I had the worst experience with Dr Cassandra Ragsdale. For a practice that only sees women I am appalled at the way I was treated. When trying to resolve an issue with irregular periods her response was basically that I was overweight. And maybe losing 30 lbs could do the trick. I have never been body shamed so bad in my life. There you are sitting there with no undergarments on. And a paper sheet over your lap and to be in that situation told you are basically fat and that's your problem- was horrifying. So disappointed. And will NEVER go to this doctor again. Be warned! Any woman who is not at exact weight she obviously deems acceptable! She will make you feel awful about yourself. Oh! And after posting this the doctors office called me asking me what they could do to get me to remove this negative review on yelp! Hmmm..... how about replace the self esteem your doctor sucked out of my life? Can't do that huh?! Well. The review stands. Thank you. read more

Absolutely Horrible Practice! This entire office is a Joke! They could careless about you and your needs. The front desk ladies are completely Rude! And can't get your appointments scheduled right & The doctors treat you like your another number and do not explain anything to you. I'm going on 8wk. Post pardum check up And they can't do an ultra sound on me until 9wks. Knowing something isn't right and their only advise to me is to go to the ER so they can do it sooner! Dr. Susan Lee and the nurse Jennifer are the two people that do care and go above and beyond to show you that. However it's horrible to just try and make an appointment there. Save your time and money and go upstairs to Parker Paranatel if that's truly where you want to have your baby. Because integrated OB is just rude, stressful and to much of a headache all the way around! read more

This is my 3rd pregnancy and 3rd ob/gyn practice (due to moves b/w each). Of the 3, this has been my least favorite practice. Wait times are long (even when I'm the first patient of the day). There's a lack of attention to detail in the office--the bathrooms are often out of toilet paper and seat covers, have broken soap dispensers and missing hooks on the doors. And there was one incident when the sonographer asked me to undress (for an intravaginal scan) while she remained in the room. It was weird and made me highly uncomfortable. I don't have complaints about any of the doctors who I've seen, I've just lacked a rapport with them and when my main doctor has been unavailable, the other doctors who see me aren't always familiar with my chart (and I've had some potentially major complications with this pregnancy). The front end staff is professional enough but not personable in the least. This is the first office that has tried to collect payments from me during the course of my pregnancy based on an "estimate" of what charges will be for the labor and delivery. I'm more comfortable waiting to hear what the insurance company says I owe than what the office tells me I will owe. There's been no singular negative experience to pin my review on, I just have not had a great experience overall (and I promise that I am a pretty low key patient who has never written a negative review about a practice). I wouldn't recommend this practice to a friend and I will be finding a new practice after I have my baby. read more

They've recently updated their phone system so that anyone under the Centura Health umbrella calls the same line and then you are dispatched out from there. Unfortunately it is a NIGHTMARE! I've called them 3 days in a row now trying to ask a billing question- each time I've been on hold for 20+ minutes while also getting transferred several times to the wrong place. I switched to this OBGYN practice because it was smaller and I felt like I'd get more personal attention- now that is the farthest thing from what they offer. DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO ANYONE IN THE OFFICE BY PHONE! read more

Quite possibly the worst service to patients I've ever experienced. Besides the lack of communication (having phone calls go to a group nurse voicemail) and the doctors not familiarizing themselves with your chart before or during your appointment, I have still been waiting for the results of our genetic panel AND gender blood test results. They took my original labs over a month prior, but could not locate record of that at our next appointment a month later. I had to again be subject to being poked and prodded by the inexperienced lab assistants and have my 8 viles of samples dent out. I was told that the results would be ready in two weeks. However, once the two week mark hit, I was told a different timeline. I was then told that results take 10-14 business days which was not disclosed originally. Now, three calendar weeks and 14 business days later, I still have no results nor a call back on the status of the results. If you are okay with not communicating with your physician let alone them remembering anything about you, this establishment is for you. read more

Like the other review stated, this place has the WORST customer service. I have never encountered a doctor's office like this...I moved to the area recently and needed to find a new doctor. I guess these doctors work out of 2 locations, I was confirmed for one location but really had my apt at another, that was mistake #1. Then i had my Birth Control implant put into my arm, they said it would cost me $90 after insurance. Weeks later, get my insurance claim-they paid it in full so i was owed my money back from the office. I called, asked for billing. Was on hold for over 13 minutes, a girl picks up. "oh sorry i thought i transferred you, call this number" another 20 mintures later, oh you will see your money in 3 weeks to 45 days. Umm what? when i refund anything on my debit card it is there immediatley, so how is this different. "I dont know"....Awesome. good job instilling confidence in this patient...They dont apologize for messing up apts and couldn't care less if they over charged you. I will go back to my AZ doc before going back here. I liked the actual doctor but the bad service outweighs that. read more

I went in to get an IUD and the Dr. Drennen (who is no longer here) and Dr. H Lee completely brushed off my pain and suffering the following day when I came back the next day because I could hardly walk and wanted the IUD removed. Dr H Lee went into a story about another patient who came in in the morning to get an IUD and came back in the afternoon to get the IUD out because it hurt, but everything was fine with her and asked me if I was sure I Wanted it removed. (Basically telling me I just needed to deal with the pain because the procedures are painful). After assuring her that my pain tolerance was pretty high because I had just had A BABY six weeks prior, she and Dr Drennen attempted to remove it. They "could see it on ultrasound but it wouldn't come out".It was pretty obvious that the IUD was not there at that point. Dr Lee, still ignoring my pain and passing it off as normal, told me I could continue using it as birth control. Since the care I received here was so NEGLIGENT I went to another Dr, and have since needed two laprascopic surgeries because the IUD went through my uterus and was imbedded in my colon. read more
