Given I understand that there are rules and regulations that go with the whole process, and am rating this based on my rep that works at this company. After all our paper work has been transferred to JIMMY PHAN (jimmyphan74@gmail.com), it has gone downhill. We have been trying to connect with him to constantly see status and updates on the status of our refinancing. He would always promise a phone call back but we never got one. We have to constantly dial his number and after so many tries, he picks up, then gives us a lame excuse why he couldn't get back to us. Every time we thought we have submitted all paperwork that is possibly needed, he finds a way to add another file that is needed - hence more of a delay. If you are a professional at what you do, wouldn't you have all the required documents listed and locked down for your client, rather than having things in 5-6 difference piece mail? Then lately, on our supposed last step before the refinancing process, he claims he needs to verify employment again (for the upteenth time!) He claims to have been trying to call the place of employment but has not had luck since he claims that that place of employment does not pick up. Well I wanted to test his theory, and low and behold, after one ring, the employer picks up. Not only does the employer pick up but also says that he has not received any messages or phone calls from JIMMY PHAN! So I give the theory another test and try to call again in 30 min, the next hour, the next 1hr 30 min, and each and every time there was someone who picked. Maybe it wasn't JIMMY PHANs luck, or he is a complete unprofessional who lies to his clients! How can a place employ such an unprofessional, and let it go unnoticed. If you ever go through this lending company, I would first and foremost request that paperwork NOT go through JIMMY PHAN. To trust such vital personal information with someone so careless is something that shouldn't be risked!
