The intake process was fairly quick and painless including filling out just a few new patient forms. Before I was done, I was being taken back to an exam room by nursing. Within 5 minutes, they took new images of my injury and I then waited less than another 5 minutes to see Dr. Lahiji. While not overly friendly/charismatic, he was courteous, professional, and clear in his explanation of my injury and the management. He was even kind enough to print out my X-ray to demonstrate exactly what he was describing. His nurse was kind and helpful in showing me how to tape my injury at home before I left. I spent 45 minutes there from parking to driving out of the garage. I couldn't have asked for a better experience on such short notice.

They also refused to provide my records or direct me to the correct department. Jay and the management here are less than accommodating, lack urgency, and honestly just don't care. They were literally trying to close early because their appointments canceled. Lazy and unhelpful is an understatement. I've dealt with multiple PT Solutions locations, and the issues are clearly company-wide. Do yourself a favor and choose a place that actually cares about patients.
