Tony's unique combination of needling and muscular release, and the simple strengthening home exercise routine he gave me, created an experience was greater than the sum of its parts. Tony not only improved the functioning of the joint, but recommended simple but effective lifestyle changes (making my workspace more ergonomic for example).
