The first…read moremistake dealt with wrong insulin back in February and the second one in June involved test strips that are not correct for the meter. To off set the issue they sent me a meter like I already have had for years. I still have 100 UltraBlue strips I cannot use!!! Chris, the office manager doubted me again on the issue and blamed the diabetic educator. I will mail them the meter and strips to see if Chris has magical powers. I seriously doubt it. Luckily, I have moved on and have had excellent success with my new doctor's office.
