Dr. Saguil figured out what was going on with me after suffering for 4 years; it was my thyroid…read more If you need a diagnosis please go see Dr. Saguil. From the owner: The premise to taking a leap of faith and ending my contract with mega-hospital was to stop visits…read morethat would end with no plan for change. or the words "just take the prescription". My reason for venturing out on my own is I was brought up to serve others and I have an innate desire to find the root of disease and not just treat the effects. The national average for doctor visits is 15 minutes. Extending over the "Fatal Fifteen" (see blog DrRic Fatal Fifteen) can provide personalized lifestyle directions for the patient IN THE ROOM but makes everyone IN WAITING delayed. Then comes the monthly review from corporate saying I'm not seeing as many patients as the national average so "we'll have to reduce your salary!"? So now being solo without a large corporation/hospital backing me up...I can spend up to 1-1.5 hours establishing the fine details of life and designing a template so we both reduce dependence on prescriptions/surgeries AND ultimately reverse disease. Imagine that: fixing a patient so they don't need to come to the doctor anymore! Bad business model for hospital but I can't shake the innate desire to teach, empower, change and heal. The privilege of providing successful life changes to the community comes at a price; no medical insurance companies want me to fix lives unless I'm working for a large organization! The root word of "physician" is healer SO I would be very careful if your doctor doesn't mention/design changing life habits.

Walk-ins welcome
Certified professionals

I have been to this location a few times as a 'walk in' patient. I expected to wait for a while,…read morebut was helped rather quickly. I recently made an appointment in the wee hours of the morning. When I arrived, I barely sat down and they called me in. The PCT (Raymon) was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns. The NP (Adrienne) came in to see me within a few minutes. The service has always been really great. I have had x-rays and minor labs in the past, and felt heard and well taken care of by al the staff. I highly recommend the appointments as you can go online any time to make and appointment. It even will tell you where you are in line if there is a wait. Thanks for the great service, and for caring!

My 21-year-old son was not feeling good ears were bothering him had a headache throat, we went here…read moreThe doctor spent like 5 minutes with him did not do any kind of test just told him to go buy some delsym and some pure saline drops gave him a specific brand to get, we did He suffered for a couple more days till I got them into a regular doctor I drove him because he was feeling dizzy on top of that, I took him to Duly by Costco on meacham road, I wish I thought a checking there a couple days earlier to see if he could get in. The doctor there looked in his ears right away The other doctor did not even look at physicians immediate Care they never looked at his ears never looked at his throat! Well this doctor at the duly took one look in each of his ears and told them you have an ear infection in both ears That's what's causing all this problem, a real diagnosis! So he prescribed antibiotics and within a day of taking them the pain started to ease up finally the kid had some relief after being up so many hours because he couldn't sleep because of pain. And then my son paid their copay that his insurance tells him to pay while we were there well at least that's what we thought it was when the lady charged him 93 bucks for absolutely nothing, about 5 months later he gets a bill in the mail wanting $286 bucks, then they send him an email and a text and the text and email both say that he signed up for auto pay so this place saved his card information when he made the payment he did not write his card number down did not give them permission to do an auto pay and they did not turn it into the insurance company but no they did take it out of his card which is linked to his bank account and we had to fight it because they did not have permission to do an auto pay so watch yourselves if you go here you are better off going to the emergency room. I will never again go there myself or take my husband or my children there. I went months before like a half a year probably my son for a problem I had with my leg They did an x-ray and said everything should be okay that this sore I had on my leg next to hardware was fine there was no infection in the bone, but guess what there was an infection in my phone I had hardware on my tibia and my fibula and there was in fact an infection in my tibia I had to have the hardware removed, and my tibia cleaned out to get rid of infection. So I have good reason not to trust this place for myself and with my son going there They are rip offs they have no clue what they're doing! Go to the emergency room and skip this place well we were there I heard them send somebody that came there to the emergency room anyway for an x-ray because theirs was not working or the tech wasn't there something. And so according to what I heard they had spoke to them on the phone before coming in and when they got there and said what the problem was they could have been told and should have been to go to the emergency room because it sounds like you will need an X-ray and we are not able to do it today but no instead they let the person stay with their child and why so they can get more money No doubt they build the persons insurance and charge them the copay and who knows what they tried afterwards. If I could rate this place on the scale a negative zero I would do that

PERFECT! After an unsuccessful appointment, and a tearful drive home..I'm ecstatic to be the 1st…read moreReviewer for "This Place, Staff, and Doctor" Let me start by saying I was late to my appt. Later than expected. My appt was for 9:20am on a Saturday, and the doc office calls me right at 9:02am and left me a voicemail that I was already late for My appt. since NEW Patients had to be there 30mins prior to fill out paperwork unless I already printed them from home. Well, in the midst of me printing them out days prior, I ran out of Color Ink, but stupidly my printer still needs color ink apparently even though its printing on a gray scale. Well I guess it slipped my mind that still needed to run back to the store! But Oh Wait, Maybe, it's Probably bc I just remembered I had foot surgery 4days prior to this long awaited appointment!! Prior to my arrival, when I called back to confirm my appt, the receptionist told me she'd have to get back to me if the doc is OK with me being late. I never received a call back so I continued my drive out that way. Upon arrival, I understood I was late, I let her finish checking out a patient, and then another patient after my arrival which took an additional 10mins(of my time standing on a broken foot). Receptionist then asked who I was and reiterated my appt was for 9:20 and she doesn't think the doctor will see me, but she'll ask the nurse. I can hear the nurse on a call with a patient for at least another 8mins, then she informed me that the doc and her thought I would have gotten there sooner-about 9:30ish, bc the doc would have seen me... WORDS of advice about directions and various navigations, Google is not always right, Hoffman Estates and Schaumburg are neighbors, there is a Hillcrest in both Cities, and different sites say you're in both Cities. Hmmmm...Let me guess, it's my fault, right? Despite all that, I still had my ID, Insurance Card, and CoPay all ready to go for them. It's now after 10ish am(i arrived at 9:40, twenty mins late) and then informs me while I'm still waiting for an approval to be seen, You can go ahead a fill out the patient forms.WTF?!! My body is aching, swelling, bruising, and bones are deteriorating! I thought I needed your services as much as you needed mines, but it is UNACCEPTABLE that I set this appointment with YOU DOCTOR a month a half ago! And in the midst of me waiting for your expertise and service, my bones failed me and had to get surgery withhin the same week as OUR scheduled appt. So my apologies that I was 20mins late out of your time, but my time is valuable too! However, now that I am immobile for a few weeks, I am enjoying writing this lesson learned. I work 60hrs/week, I am a Full-time Student, and a Single Mother of 2 Teens...Don't forget the little peeps that actually needed your services when they needed it the most! Had you peeked your M.D. Self out just to greet or acknowledge YOUR NEW Patient who was already in Tears at Your office, and visibly in pain and practically immobile, Maybe I would have shown YOU some compassion in return and help your striving business, but it's apparent that Compassion wasn't taught, shown, displayed in any way to you nor the 101's about a Running a Successful Practice with Good Client Service!
