Kyle, my therapist, has worked with me to put together a program of exercises and stretching that have helped tremendously. I added dry needling to the mix, which has been a Godsend. Kyle seems to be able to find the exact location of knots and tension and to target them for release with perfect precision. I get much relief from him and this therapy. I have worked with other therapists as well. To a one, every staff member (clinical and administrative) is friendly, competent, funny, and a joy. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I had back surgery after wearing a brace but over the years my scoliosis increasingly worsened as did my back pain. I was referred to Active Spine Therapy by a Duke spine specialist. 0ver the course of 12 weeks, Dr. Mosesson has taught me numerous exercises to relieve my pain and improve my posture.
