Six months later, I noticed mud stains and water on my encapsulation and around the sump pump which shouldn't be happening $14,000 later. On 8-2, I sent a text message to Jason the installer with photos. No response. On 8-4, I sent an email with same info to Zach the estimator/project initiator. No response. On 8-7, I called the office and got an apologetic female who said someone would call. No response. On 8-11, I sent an email to the office manager April who set up work and sent me the bill. No response. On 8-13, I called the office again. April acknowledged receiving my email and forwarding it to service manager Jacob (without acknowledging or responding to my email). She said she was sending it to him again. As of today (8-21) guess who hasn't contacted me? Yep, the service manager or anybody else. Feels like this company got their money and doesn't care about customer service. I should have gone with another company. Don't make the same mistake.

Within a matter of 15 minutes, he had dug up our fence, put everything to the side, and was ready to roll.
