The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!

After multiple discoveries racking up in cost, we finally decided to email them. They were prompt with a response and a refund. We only asked for a refund for the work we found problems with, which was roughly 1/3 of the cost we paid for all of the work that they did.

On 8-7, I called the office and got an apologetic female who said someone would call. No response. On 8-11, I sent an email to the office manager April who set up work and sent me the bill. No response. On 8-13, I called the office again. April acknowledged receiving my email and forwarding it to service manager Jacob (without acknowledging or responding to my email). She said she was sending it to him again. As of today (8-21) guess who hasn't contacted me? Yep, the service manager or anybody else. Feels like this company got their money and doesn't care about customer service. I should have gone with another company. Don't make the same mistake.

The sales briefing Alex gave us was professional, detailed and he answered all our questions. Communication with him throughout the process was excellent. Now we have expensive Leaf Filters! We made it known that if anything happened to them during installation...we wanted them to be immediately repaired. Alex, wrote that addendum right into the contract on the spot. Some of the other contractors stepped around the issue which was a major problem for us. Thankfully, the crew didn't damage the gutters (that my son and I could detect) and they appear to have made it through the process. The crew arrived early and did a fantastic job. They repaired decking sections that needed (they didn't overlook it and keep going), took care not to trample my wife's plants. It was very windy today but they policed up all the debris to the last nail. The job was precise and looked beautiful. The crew was also very professional and polite. It was a pleasure to have them here. It you need a new roof...hire this outfit! You won't be sorry.

Our experience: 1)…read more Took us nearly a month just to get any information on payment options because we were told there were "zero interest" options. When we finally heard back they said "oh, there's a finance charge for zero interest" 2) Pushed back the start date by nearly two weeks. When they finally showed up, they just hung out in our driveway for an entire afternoon and said "we'll start tomorrow" 3) Their crews are small and slow. Took a week to finish the siding for a one bedroom, 1100 square foot house. I'd guess it would take 2-3 weeks for a regular sizes home where most crews complete jobs for our sized home in 2 days, tops. 4) Didn't order enough product and had to come back two weeks later to finish it. Didn't cover the unfinished area and it rained a ton -- now hiring a company to come and inspect the work since it definitely will have moisture issues 5) Left a giant dumpster in our driveway for almost two weeks after the main job and cleanup was finished, and for a week after they finally completed the last small part. I called the dumpster company who hadn't heard from them, they were just lazy and irresponsible and left it there. Office manager refused to help me or provide any guidance on when a project would start, how long it would take, and when it would be completed. Barely speaks English so communication is very difficult. Claim to have been in business since 2004 but their site and reviews don't reflect that at all. Would not recommend as we were treated very poorly by these people despite spending $18,000 on siding for a 1100 sq ft house.

I spoke with Walter on 8/7 about a bathroom that needed a ceiling. We met at the house the same afternoon, and by 8/12 the project was completed. They completed the bathroom ceiling, installed the bathroom light/exhaust fan combo and drywalled a small alcove next to the shower. It was very time-sensitive as I had guests coming from out of town but they made it happen. Their reliability, communication, honesty, efficiency was completely amazing and I will use them for everything I need done in my property going forward. This company is definitely focused on all-around five-star customer service.
