The bad: The management will give you the number of coins they deem necessary, not the number you ask for. I walked in with a fully loaded basket, I knew how many loads I had for the machines I wanted to use. I was pointed by the manager to the "Maxi-Load" machine (not what I wanted to use, but I thought "eh, why not") and loaded everything in. I then sat and watched as a wad of laundry barely tumbled in the washer. Mistake #1 on my part. I also had a separate load in another machine. For all of this I was given $10 in coins (instead of the $20 I asked for), and it took $7.50 to wash. The manager/owner looked puzzled when I asked for more coins and hesitated before giving me more to dry. My point: GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY ASK FOR instead of assuming management knows best. Next time I'll drive to Abbotsford where it's cheaper, I get what I ask for, and can make a Costco run for a dog and drink while I'm waiting :)

I took a jacket in for dry cleaning at this location and when I picked it up there were a few…read moregouges on the outer material that weren't there when I dropped it off. When I took it back in to discuss this the woman at the counter claimed they were already there when I dropped it off. These scratches are large enough and in a location obvious enough (the front of the jacket) that there is no way I would not have noticed these before taking it in.
