The bad: The management will give you the number of coins they deem necessary, not the number you ask for. I walked in with a fully loaded basket, I knew how many loads I had for the machines I wanted to use. I was pointed by the manager to the "Maxi-Load" machine (not what I wanted to use, but I thought "eh, why not") and loaded everything in. I then sat and watched as a wad of laundry barely tumbled in the washer. Mistake #1 on my part. I also had a separate load in another machine. For all of this I was given $10 in coins (instead of the $20 I asked for), and it took $7.50 to wash. The manager/owner looked puzzled when I asked for more coins and hesitated before giving me more to dry. My point: GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY ASK FOR instead of assuming management knows best. Next time I'll drive to Abbotsford where it's cheaper, I get what I ask for, and can make a Costco run for a dog and drink while I'm waiting :)

On the rare occasion a sweat stain on a collar didn't come out the first time, they'd run it through again and there was never a problem. I don't dress formally as often now so, after a few years away, I returned with four dress shirts. One came clean the first time through. They took the other three back to run through again. Another came clean with the second effort. Left the remaining two. One came mostly clean the third time and I figured it was close enough but the fourth was still not right. They ran it through once more. This time it returned, still not clean, with this little love note: "We will NOT re-clean this shirt again. This collar with NEVER COME CLEAN. Cleaned 5 times!! Perhaps you could try another cleaners that are more to your satisfaction." It was signed "RB, owner". No apology. No phone call, though I'd left my number and asked for the manager to call after the third try. No offer to refund for the shirt that didn't come clean. RB, the owner, need not worry about me returning. That will never happen.

We discovered that the rugs were puckered and would no longer lay flat when I called to speak with the business, a woman explained to me that she did not know hat had been done with rugs , as " I don't do that part of the cleaning." I asked to speak with the manager and then she acknowledged that she was the manager. But when I told her as the manager she's responsible for all of the business. She made offered to steam press the rugs. When we picked up the rugs and brought them home.They are still wrinkled and destroyed. I would not recommend this. business.
