My husband had a deep cleaning done that was recommended by the team. They failed to prior authorize that his dental insurance would cover this procedure. We ended up receiving a $300+ bill. The integrity staff informed me that they don't get pre authorizations any more the best I could get was paying half of the $300+ Next I received a $75.00 missed appointment fee. As soon as we realized the appointment was missed we called the office. We were told "no problem, it happens. Let's reschedule." Not one word about a fee. Make sure you know all their pricing and all of there what ifs before you go. They will say exactly what you wanna hear to get you in there and then after they do the x-ray and check up. That's when all the real prices come out. So basically, after they already have something they can charge you for, they tell you what the real cost of everything will be. Integrity. Yeah, right. Integrity is being 100% up front about everything. Integrity is not what I witnessed. I went in for a basic cleaning. They said I needed a deep cleaning, and everything I had talked to them about for pricing on the phone wouldn't apply to what I "needed." So they tried to charge me for the exam and x-ray. It's almost the same price as one of their plans. Miss lead to get me in there and then taken advantage of after. When we had something figured out. They wanted me to wait another 5 months before I could get even a basic cleaning. Unless you have amazing health care or are super rich. Definitely do not recommend going to this dentist!!! 0 Integrity!!! UPDATE. they continued to lie and sent me a bill for services that were never done. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!! These people are liars and thieves. The dental work provided was excellent. Dr. Thomas was very professional and I had a great experience in the office. I have had the issue of large bills coming in after the service so I have switched to multiple dentists. The initial consultation was great and thorough. The office and I discussed the procedure to be done and I was assured that no surprise bills would arrive in the mail. I felt comfortable leaving after the appointment and paid for services that day. A month after my appointment I received a bill in the mail. I went in to discuss the bill all issues were resolved promptly. Many establishments will tell you about their "core values" but operate otherwise. If you like being asked to reschedule the afternoon before your appointment because the front desk "made a huge goof," then this is the place for you. I ONLY scheduled it a month ahead of time because of how hectic my schedule is, but by all means, cancel late in the afternoon the day before! Also, go ahead and use this dentist if you have the time to go in twice for a routine cleaning: once for your first patient exam and then a separate time for the cleaning. If you want BOTH the cleaning and exam done at the same time, it'll be over a month before they can get you in (which they'll likely reschedule on you anyway). And while that is certainly the impression I have about Dr. Thomas and his staff, the word integrity suggests much more. Dr. Jeremy Thomas is a highly knowledgeable, conscientious, compassionate dentist. He demonstrates an authentic excitement about his work and providing comprehensive care. Although Dr. Thomas recognizes that certain treatment options require highly specialized capabilities, and refers accordingly, the Integrity Dental practice invests in highly sophisticated equipment and advanced expertise across all doctors and technicians allowing a broader range of service under one roof. Here, the word "integrity" means complete or comprehensive and captures the language on the website where it expresses the desire to "give the patient full control over the course of treatment." I am a patient and my interest in writing this review arises from having my expectations exceeded in every way. I live elsewhere, but have a vacation home in the vicinity of Pueblo. I had a tooth flare up. I got right in and was given exceptional care. I decided to have other problem teeth addressed by Dr. Thomas this summer, and will come back next summer for more care. PEOPLE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST! When I first went to Integrity Dental I found them via one of the flyers that I received in my mailbox, featuring a "First Time Patient" special for $58.00 that included an exam, xrays, and a cleaning. Being a person who is allergic to fluoride, I developed an intense fear of the dentist due to being forced to have fluoride treatments my whole life, starting as a child which caused a lifetime of gagging and vomiting at the dentist. On my first visit to Integrity Dental on December 2 2019, I explained this to them, and they made me feel very comfortable. The staff was friendly and I got a good feeling about what would normally be a very terrifying experience, due to a lifetime of dental trauma. On that first visit, I was given the xrays and exam, but was surprised that I would have to schedule my cleaning separately, as I expected to have it done that same day. The cleaning was scheduled for Feb 3 2020, 2 MONTHS AFTER MY INITIAL VISIT. Additionally, the estimate for the initial work to be done was over $6000, and i informed the office that my vehicle had broken down in June 2019, requiring a whole new engine for almost the same amount, which I would have to address first. On that first visit i was concerned that my teeth were in very bad shape, as I had not been to the dentist for many years, after having 8 "brand new teeth put in, costing $20,000. I feared a dental infection which could endanger my life, but the dentist assured me that "teeth have to get pretty bad for it to get that dangerous to your health." So, i expected to return in 2 months for my cleaning. Then COVID hit, and I was called by the office, who informed me that my cleaming would have to be rescheduled. *NOTE: Not only was the cleaning NOT done on my initial visit, it was rescheduled THE FIRST TIME by the office themselves.* Because I was without a vehicle, which I explained to the office, my only ride as a disabled senior on a limited income was an elderly 75-year-old neighbor, with whom I had to schedule in advance. So anytime I tried to make an appointment, I had to check first to make sure my neighbor to take me, not being able to afford $50-$60 cab fare for the round trip to the office on my own. What occurred next was a series of booked appointments, and cancelled appointments for the cleaning, some due to the office rescheduling me, and some due to same-day cancellations I had to make because my elderly neighbor forgot, or something else came up for him that prevented him taking me: for instance, one of the last times he had to take another neighbor to the emergency room. I had NO CONTROL over this, and apologized to the office whenever i had to call in the morning to cancel. With COVID still ongoing, and with things changing every day in the nation, not once did they ever mention this would be a problem. Since they themselves had rescheduled many times, I was not prepared for a call I got one day informing me that my October 20 2020 cleaning was going to be cancelled, because I had called to reschedule "too many times." Ironically, I had just gotten my vehicle back on October 18, and for the first time since this started, WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE CLEANING ON MY OWN. With my teeth in bad shape, and wanting to start my dental work now that the vehicle had been repaired, I pleaded with the office to PLEASE do the cleaning, for which i had already paid in my "First Time Patient" special. "Lack of Integrity" Dental REFUSED, and the woman I talked to sounded mean, repeatedly stating that they would not honor the cleaning that was included and that I expected to receive. For a dental office that claimed to be Christians, this was shocking to me. JESUS would not have turned me away, especially in light of my circumstances. Now I have developed an infection in the tooth, possibly the bone, and have been in the emergency room 4 times due to this issue. They keep putting me on antibiotics until i can find the means to pay for what seems to be a "life-threatening" tooth infection. I wonder if I will live, am totally scared and anxious, and must now focus on finding a way to have this addressed. The irresponsibility and coldness of this dental office cannot be overstated. As i read in another review, apparently for this office, "It's all about making as much $$$ as possible as quickly as possible." That is very unfortunate, and very un-Christian. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. If I cannot get help in time, and perish due to the unwillingness of this office to work with me, I hope this review serves to steer as many people away from this unscrupulous dental practice as possible. THE RIGHT THING TO DO, in case the office reads this, IS TO REFUND MY PAYMENTS, FOR WHICH YOU REFUSED TO HONOR THE AGREEMENT YOU MADE TO PROVIDE A CLEANING. I purchased an annual plan in January of 2020 and never got to use a single cleaning or other benefit to the plan before COVID-19 hit. The plan expires next month and I still have not used a single benefit from the plan (other than the initial examination), but Integrity Dental refuses to extend the plan for my safety. I certainly hope the couple hundred dollars they got will be ample compensation for the fact that they will never get another dollar out of me ... I'll find a dentist with more integrity and compassion. It's sad that a business that uses the word integrity in their title should behave in such a short sighted and money hungry manner. Integrity? There is none! It's all about making as much $$$ as possible as quickly as possible. Dr. Thomas performed an extraction on my very abcessed molar that was leaking pus a couple of weeks ago, refusing to pre-medicate me with antibiotics even though I have a bad heart and am 64 years old. I repeatedly asked for them prior to the procedure, including the day I was there, even having the pharmacist at Walgreens call him in advance, and he was told no. He has the very mistaken idea that he should NEVER give antibiotics for any reason; his stupidity could have killed me. When he gave me the shot to numb the area, he apparently hit a vein, and I became very dizzy. I have never had this happen before. When he was finished with the extraction, he made me get up and leave immediately, not caring at all how I felt or if I was able to drive. I was also not given any pain medication or advice about treating the pain. He did call me that evening to see how I was feeling, which I appreciate, but I was in extreme pain. He advised tylenol and advil. However, by the next evening I was feeling very sick. The next morning I woke up with a high fever and called his office. He did not return my call, but FINALLY sent a prescription for antibiotics to Walgreens. Fearing I might be facing sepsis or endocarditis and with my fever increasing, I decided I had best go to Emergicare on Elizabeth. The doctor who treated me there was shocked that Dr. Thomas refused to pre-medicate me due to the abcess that was present, and my age and heart issues. He gave me a shot of strong antibiotics and a stronger prescription, which I have taken but still not out of the woods. I am having difficulty hearing out of the ear next to the abcess and may require further medical treatment. I sent an email to Dr. Thomas regarding all of these issues, and that I fully expect him to pay for my Emergicare bill, after all, it would not have happened if he had only given me the pre-medication antibiotics I requested numerous times, which he ignored. I complained to the ADA about him, and was told that their stance is for Dentists to pre-medicate on a case by case basis. In my case, he should have known better, and I do not understand his stubbornness regarding this issue; I have taken very few antibiotics in my lifetime. Also, he "prescribed" Closys, a mouthwash he sells for $12 in his office, and after using it 3 times, I suddenly lost my sense of taste, as numerous other people have also experienced according to their reviews online. I took the bottle back that day and requested a refund of my $12, and he refused to refund me. Again, there is NO Integrity, if there was, I would have heard from Dr. Thomas by now regarding how he endangered my life, knowing full well the infection in my tooth would enter my bloodstream upon removal. I will be filing a complaint with DORA, and the Colorado Dental Association. At a minimum, he owes me the $250 I paid for my emergency treatment, plus the $12 for the product he is selling that shouldn't even be on the market that he basically forced me to buy, and I will not stop until he does what is right. If I have to hire an attorney, then he will also have to reimburse me for that cost. Also, they force you to sign a "release of liability" immediately before the procedure without explaining it at all; do not sign it! It gives him the right to not treat you properly, supposedly releasing him from liability for malpractice! Little does he know that it will not protect him in a court of law or with the ADA. There are many other better, more experienced dentists. Don't let the name of their office "Integrity" make you think he is a good dentist; he is not and has a long way to go in learning how to treat his patients safely and with true "integrity". I have previously seen Dr. Thomas who was great. However, I just had all four wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Comerci and would like to give praise to him and the staff. I was nervous partly due to waiting later in life to do this than most-I'm 37. They all made me feel comfortable and performed the procedure faster than expected. About 9pm I received a phone call from Dr Comerci to check in and see how I was doing. I actually did have a question/concern I was stressing over and it was so great to be able to talk with him and put my mind at ease. Very impressed he took the time that late in the evening to follow up. I would highly recommend either Dr Comerci or Dr Thomas and their staff at Integrity Dental. read more

While I have never had anything nice to say about the doctors and staff, I have found the billing department, Rick, to be extremely difficult to deal with. After four hospital stays in 9 months, I have not been able to keep up with my part-time job. Being on social security, I do have a limited income and I have tried to pay my bills as best I can. Rick doesn't seem to have any compassion or understanding for this. It's as if he expects a bedridden patient to get up, get a job. I was told I would be dead several months ago by my doctors, so what? Why haven't I paid!!!!!!!!! God help you if you run into financial trouble with these people! Integrity was the BEST dental experience I have ever had! The office itself is very beautiful and professional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and treated well. I scheduled an appointment with Integrity because my last dentist said I needed 4 cavities filled! I wanted a second opinion and I'm glad I went to Integrity. They really lived up to the Integrity name. They told me exactly what was happening with those 4 teeth then they gave me options for treatment and they let me see exactly how much it would cost. I felt like I was able to make a very informed decision. I had one filling and had another tooth sealed. That was all! They sent me home with tips on how to heal the other two teeth! I broke two of my teeth and need a dentist fast but could not find one to help me for months out. I went to a dr. That was a family members friend but couldn't fix it for me for two weeks because they were to busy. After a few failed attempts it seemed like I was gonna have to live this way for awhile. As soon as I saw the building and walked inside, the place screamed "filthy rich!" After my appointment, I realized exactly why the placed looked the way that it did. I have never had a dentist experience like this until now, especially since I am a young adult who can easily be screwed. All I wanted was a simple cavity filling, but they gave me a page list of procedures that they "recommend" doing on me instead. Not to mention, they could not do the cavity filling with the wire from my braces on. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that no one, young or old, wastes their time going to this so-called "Integrity Dental" place. DO NOT get fooled by the word integrity, which means honesty and honor, because this business is just another monopoly money scam. I know my teeth may not be as perfect as the people who work there, but I do not want to waste my money on something that I DO NOT NEED! Integrity Dental advertises a plan that gets you 2 routine cleanings and an exam/x-rays for $285.00. I was informed that the exam had to be done before the routine cleaning. After my exam I was told that they would not do the routine cleaning they advertised. Instead, they informed me that I would need to get my teeth cleaned quadrant by quadrant over four sessions at a cost to me of $222.00 per quadrant. As such, $285.00 for two cleanings turned into $888.00 for one cleaning. I politely explained to them that I would consider the deep cleaning program they recommended but that I wanted to get one of my two routine cleanings in the meantime. At this point I was informed that they would not do either of the routine cleanings they advertised. They would only proceed with the deep cleaning program. Integrity, or lack thereof, was gracious enough to only charge me $154.40 for the exam/x-rays.
